Çok konforlu kahvaltısı mükemmel . Konsept bi otel ve odaları da inanılmaz keyifli . Özellikle çiftler için çok uygun . Her yere yürüyetek ulaşmak mümkün.
Beğenmediğim hiçbir şey olmadı tekrar amsterdama gelsem başka otel araştırmam bile.

The location was good
This is not a 5 Star hotel. Room always felt untidy as no bathroom separation. Wash basin shower dressing table all open plan so always had to keep blinds closed. This visit was for a very special occasion so when told at reception we were being upgraded to a garden view room I was excited until I looked out the window. NO garden view just a view of a roof covered in grass. Disappointing. Wanted to have a lovely dinner and cocktails on first evening but no decent restaurant available for dinner. We were not greeted politely just asked did we have a reservation even though the restaurant was clearly empty. I wonder was that because the menu was extremely poor. Cocktail list also poor and when I asked staff for a drink to be made as I liked it the staff were unhelpful and rude. We left after 1 drink and no food. Breakfast was decent but service a little chaotic. Staff all very young so could not possibly know what a 5 star service should be. Breakfast area small tables very close together and room very noisy. Could hear every conversation around us Had to squeeze past tables to get to buffet. Not a relaxing experience and most definitely not 5 star

Service was superb, and so was the hotel itself, too. The location was great. The breakfast area was pretty tight, but it wasn't an issue. The surprise Genevieve tasting was a cherry on top.
I didn't understand the concept of a toilet without immediate access to hand washing. You'll need to open the door with unwashed hand and lid up a light to see the basin in the middle of the room. Doing this in the middle of the night - your partner.may not like it.

Extremely clean. Professional and attentive staff. Spa is also great. Gin happy hour was a good addition.

We came to Amsterdam to see a concert and only stayed one night. The Andaz was right around the corner from the venue and right in the heart of Amsterdam, perfect location. It is also a beautiful hotel. We stayed in the standard room and it was larger than expected with very cool decor, a nice layout and design. We ate in the restaurant/bar and the food was excellent. The bar also service innovative cocktails with a twist on the classics. The staff was very friendly. We also ate breakfast and what we really liked is we were able to order off the breakfast menu instead of taking the buffet. We are fairly light morning eaters and never get our moneys worth out of buffets. The breakfast was very good and loved the decor in the breakfast/garden room.

Very nice hotel located in the city center with walking distance to many shops, museums, restaurants, canals.
Others have also commented about slow breakfast service. On two days they forgot our orders and we had to request several times.

Location, cleanliness, flamboyant design that is modern but related to Amsterdam, canal views, garden. Our room was on the fourth floor, huge windows let a lot of light in and views were beautiful. Room was large and quiet. I liked large walk in closet. Mini fridge was built into drawer under very slick desk. Water and other drinks from this mini bar have been included, no extra charges. TV was huge. There were books including one about the designer which was interesting. Everything in this room and hotel itself was thoughtfully and uniquely designed which contributed to a pleasant stay. We kept discovering new design features every day.
There was a shower separately, toilet in its own room and sink mounted to a large console in the bedroom itself. Would it be another sink where toilet is it would be all great but instead you had to use this console sink. Another negative was a construction in adjacent building. It didn't create a noise but there were bags of sand and other materials scattered on the sidewalk, dust etc.

After almost a decade, Andaz Amsterdam's benchmark that it started with, in quality of service, facilities and aesthetic of one of the best boutique designer hotel is still upheld against all odds.
I think room is showing a bit of wear and tear. Breakfast waiting line and confusion over it's inclusion in the room charges, was a bit annoying. But it was also Easter weekend and rush in and around the hotel was more than I ever seen, so I understand. Also one of the mornings I found the windows were half open and it answered why I felt so cold at night and ended up catching a cold in spite of making the room temperature to 26 degrees.
