Parkmöglichkeiten i.O.

good location,nice bed

The room was fine for what we wanted.
The location was ideal for the train station , football stadium and city centre

This is the second time that I stayed at this hotel. It offers standard rooms and a breakfast that is a good value for the money (especially if you prepay). WIFI is free for hotel guests and it is next to the train station for easy connections to the rest of Germany from the Kaiserslautern train station.
The parking is limited. Although there is free parking for hotel guests, when the hotel is full, there is not enough parking for everyone, leading to hotel guests getting parking tickets.

The hotel is located next to the train station. Additionally, it is within walking distance of several US Kasernes, which makes this a good hotel for a PCS. The rooms met expectations but were not exceptional. The breakfast was also good but not exceptional. The hotel staff was nice. There are some parks within walking distance if you have kids with you.
There was not enough parking at the hotel. There are several parking spots, but when the hotel is at full occupancy, there will not be enough. Several people had to park on the grass and several people (including me) got a parking ticket.
3.5 / 5.0
The location of the hotel is great but perhaps a little too close to 'the action' when it comes to a matchday at the Fritz Walter Stadion. It's obviously more popular with younger football fans and groups of young people than families when it comes to the busier weekends in the city. Staff are very friendly, although a lot of what they can do for customers seems attached to additional fees.
The texture of the carpet was interesting having seen some wear and repeated cleaning over the years. The hotel is very basic when it comes down to it, there aren't any real comforts to be had here and, in comparison to other independent hotels in the area, has some stiff competition if people looking to book a hotel in Kaiserslautern dare to look a bit further.

Very clean, self check in, convenient location.
No parking, was full and no way to find free place, took me 30 mins to drive around... Room is right beside the Hbf, dusty and noisy if window is open. Around 9am room service knocked my door to see if I check out -_-...

The price of the facility was very reasonable and the staff were very friendly. I like that there was bigger bed and then a bunk bed so our family of 4 was comfortable.
NOT KID FRIENDLY
-There wasn’t very much parking, but you could park for €8 at the train station parking garage. The walk was very convenient but if you’re getting back later with kids expect to walk with grumpy kids back to the hotel.
- We didn’t have bedding really. we had two single comforters that barley covered myself. So I was a bit cold sleeping at night.
-It is very noisy in the area so sleeping with the windows open is not an option. You will not get any rest.
- There were not good options at all for breakfast. I recommend not paying for breakfast and spending your money else where. It was good you could get from Aldi around the corner and take on the road with you.

I didn’t book the breakfast in advance but guests have the opportunity to book it until 22:00 previous night .
Easy access to the room ,,independence I would say .Same for the checkout but I would like receptionist to greet me by the check out .
Breakfast was poor .It costed 10,5 euros and it had almost nothing .No options for a vegetarian just two types of cheese, cucumber and tomato.Eggs only boiled .could be fish ,omelette etc .Not a lot of options for a normal diet aswell .Variety compare to price ..was extremely poor .While 5 min walking from the hotel restaurants are offering breakfast buffet for 13 euros ..5 times larger than the hotels buffet .

they told us we can’t park with our car over there they don’t have enough space so we had to drive to the parking house at the train station.
The young guy was new I guess and had no idea what he is doing. He was rude.
