Nettes Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt

Nettes Personal und vorallem sehr hundefreundlich. Komme gerne wieder.

Nicht gefallen kann man nicht sagen, es ist nur schade, dass kein Frühstück mehr angeboten wird.

Short but lovely stay in Rodenbach

We arrived late for check-in and informed the hotel accordingly. A staff member was waiting and gave us keys as soon as we arrived. Hotel was located on a quite street and not far from Ramstein airbase. Room was very nice decorated with lovely pictures on the wall. There was ample amount of parking available for our car.

TV channels were not working but we don't like to watch TV in the hotel room. Internet was working fine.

The apartment was exactly as pictured, well equipped and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The property is notably dated.

If you have children it's a great place with a playground.

We booked the apartment and there were two things that stood out. One was the shower. In this day and age shower is basic and was not working well, water dripping etc. Second was the corners between furnitures or under the bed was not clean full of dust.

Waited in the lobby for almost two hours while no one came to check us in. Heard people in the office and they never came out to help us. Used the desk phone and dialed the number they had there for assistance and no one answered even though we heard the phone ringing in the back where the staff was. Was traveling for work with the military booked with them and Called ahead of time and spoke with someone and no one ever came to help us check in, ended up driving to another hotel in the area

Pleasant

Location was within 10 minutes of Ramstein Air Force Base, which was nice as I was on holiday (12 days) to see my Airman.

Communication by the owner's could have been better. I did not find out until I was checking in that I was the only guest and that breakfast wasn't an option and for the last week of my stay, that no one, including the owner's, would be available for anything that might have come up (thankfully nothing did!). Other than this issue, my stay was pleasant.

Affordable and large rooms enjoyable.

location was good easy to find and has a good parking lot. large rooms, the price is quite good for that rooms.

There was no breakfast served. I stayed 5 nights and my room was cleaned only once, and maybe two times maximum. There was a hole in the middle of the bedsheet and during my stay, it hasn't changed. Even after cleaning it was the same sheet although impossible not to see it.

Good location, large rooms good hotel for its price

staff was helpful. location was good. The hotel is quiet you can rest and relax.

most of the time it was difficult to find someone. There was no breakfast served in the hotel, I can't say it was very clean.

Not what I expected, but still a nice stay

Super clean, smelled wonderful, staff was nice. I love all the signs in the room with info on TV, internet, reception times, etc. I also love that there were adapters for the outlets in the room for people traveling from other countries.

I booked this hotel because of breakfast and air conditioning. I was disappointed that the air conditioner didn't work and there's currently no breakfast offered due to staff shortage.

Cute, quaint and quiet

This was a cute, quaint little hotel. It was exactly what we wanted. We didn't want a big Holiday Inn. Our room had a beach theme, which was a fun surprise. Another one down the hall was a London theme so I assume all of the rooms have a theme. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant. We would definitely stay there again.

A very pleasant stay!

The staff were very friendly. Our room included a kitchen where we were able to make meals as needed. The hotel is clean, comfortable, pleasant and provided easy access to Ramstein and Kaiserslautern.

Decent price, but never again.

The location was nice and close to where I needed to be. Public transit was nearby as well as several walking paths. Kitchenette with stove top, cookware, microwave, coffeemaker (did not use), mini fridge and sink with drying rack was sufficient. Parking on both sides of the hotel.

The smoke smell from other guests nearby exterior entrance and windows wafted into the the room. When opening the bathroom window to vent and the next door guest was smoking. That guest was just leaned out of the window to remain inside but smoke. Again, opening the main windows to vent and the other guests’ smoke would come into the room.
