Location is great.
The location is getting ready to shut down for refurbishment - which I didn't realise until I got there. No bar no restaurants no gym no pool. Breakfast was a large offering but not fresh and great for western tbh.

location is nice, very central if you want to visit the bund
they told me all restaurants were closed except chinese one.
afterwards it seemed you needed a reservation for the others.
vues bar was closed. no info about that was available at reservation

super location
1: room is outdated, bed and pillows not at the comfort level of a 5* hotel. The HVAC of the room dries up the entire room air so much that when waking up, you feel totally dehydrated. Nose, lips and throat completely dried.
2: due to Covid, many services have been suspended which is understandable but no prior notice was sent. I booked this hotel also because of the VUE restaurant and VUE bar but they were closed and it totally messed up our New Year’s Eve plan.

Old hotel now, far of everywhere, no metro station

Room was excellent and staff helped us relocate.

I’m staying in this hotel quite often, everything is good as usual, the only one thing at breakfast today me and my colleague got food poisoning, which is really serious poisoning for us. after breakfast we went back to our room until check out and start feel so bad , start vomit and got stomach ache, and way to airport and all time and flight was horrible actually, so please check ur food quality better
3.5
the view and location of the hotel, hotel service and staff who were really helpful and able to fill the gaps in management
falling out switches, and a room that looks like it was 15 years old without renovation, the damper wall is falling off, etc. at breakfast there was a line to get a table

Bathroom is big and bed comfortable
Room view is good based on the room number...
Room is dated and electrical system with some defects

Great services! The staff gave us a room with great view. the next day when we need to leave to the airport, the staff booked a minivan for us.
nothing.

Location and the view is amazing. The breakfast is delicious and the variety between the international cousins is 👍.
The Room cabinets and floors. It seems that the Hyatt is not a brand new hotel.

The location was absolutely perfect. Just down the road and across the bride you were at the Bund. The rooms had lots of space and the service was really good. Great facilities and great meals.

Perfect spot for a city break. We stayed in a club level suite. It had a perfect view of the bund. Highly recommend.

View was very good & staff very friendly.
This is my second stay in short time. Was disappointed with the noise level. I extended my stay by leaving on Monday but was woken very early with the beeping of the reversing trucks. My recreation time (away from work) is valuable - it is important to find the right place.

There is a construction site outside and didn’t say when booked and gave ear plugs not a nice relaxing time when drilling all the time.

The interior is quite old. Especially in the club launch.
The offerings in the club launch in the afternoon is very limited.

Location, view from the room, service, breakfast, leisure facilities
Rooms are a little bit dated for the price
3.5
The view from the room was fantastic, and so was the food (both the breakfast and room service.)
Staff wouldn't accommodate the fact I had paid for 4 breakfasts but because my husband's train was delayed couldn't join one. I asked for the money back or for a coupon for the bar/restaurant for dinner, but they wouldn't give me anything.
My room had a pretty stuffy smell and didn't feel clean - there were stains everywhere. There was tons of construction around the hotel and it was noisy and messy but I know it's not their fault, but it still impacted my stay.
