Beautiful hotel that I would certainly book again.

The room was very spacious and well-designed with super views. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. The hotel staff were welcoming, however, there were not enough English-speaking staff. On the first night, our air conditioner was leaking and when we reported it the situation was quickly rectified and we were re-located to a corner room with better views. I also love how the room service was delivered in baskets (nice touch).

The air conditioner was very noisy and in our first room the airconditioner did leak, however, the staff responded to this and our room was changed quickly. Not enough English-speaking staff were available and the language was an issue.

Overall a good hotel. View and staff make up for any minor shortfalls in the property.

Bed was super comfy. Complementary toilets were appreciated as I’d forgotten my razor. Bar has an amazing view and the staff were great.

Rooms could do with a bit of TLC. There is bit of mildew in the bathroom and one of the plug socket covers came away from the wall when trying to put a plug in the socket.

Die Lage ist perfekt und der Blick vom Zimmer unbezahlbar. Auf jeden Fall jeden Cent wert! Die Zimmer haben einer sehr gute Größe, alles super sauber. Die Betten sehr bequem, der Service einwandfrei. An der Rezeption wird ausgezeichnet Englisch gesprochen. Wir haben nach einer zweiten Bettdecke gefragt und Housekeeping kam innerhalb von 3 Minuten. War gar nicht so schlimm, dass es am Vormittag kurz geregnet hat, so haben wir das Hotelzimmer und den Blick noch mehr genießen können. Das Frühstück ist üppig und vielseitig (asiatisch und kontinental). Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder zurück kommen und können das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen!

江景房可以的東面可以看到浦東三件套，北面可見到外灘的建築萬國博覽會，下方看見碼頭。坐在房裡可以見到黃浦江上的遊船、運輸船。晚上在房間裡直接看兩岸夜景，不用到外面人擠人。比較不理想的是離捷運站的距離較遠。附近沒有商店可用餐，要走比較遠。

Bad smell in corridor and poor assistance and suggestion by information desk. Room service (food) closes 10 pm. The hotel is old and some tiles are broken.

忘れ物を見つけてくれました。

外灘周辺で夜景もみれるとなると周辺に比べるとコスパ良いホテルだと思います。 iPadの忘れ物をしたのですが、当日に連絡すれば見つけて保管しておいてくれました。

Красивый вид на город из панорамных окон. Впечатляет. Номер чистый. Кофе, чай обновляют ежедневно . Хорошее месторасположение. Доступность. Завтраки не плохие.

Просили ланч бокс, уезжали раньше завтрака. Принесли две булки, йогурт и воду. Как то было не приятно.

Convenient, gorgeous, great view, courteous staff

I arrived in the middle of the night and once I got to my room it smelled like cigarette smoke. The next day when the manager was on duty, he changed my room and upgraded me to a suite. Customer service means everything to me and I will most certainly stay at the Indigo Hotel next time I visit Shanghai. The room was amazing and the view was spectacular. Indigo Hotel was located in a very convenient location

Gerne wieder beim nächsten Mal

Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen. Es bieten sich viele Möglichkeiten in Bezug auf Restaurants, Shopping, Bars oder als Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erforschen. Das Hotel selber ist top. Die Zimmer lässt keine Wünsche offen und in den Top-Flors hat es ein sehr gutes Steakhouse sowie eine Bar mit sensationeller Aussicht über das Stadtzentrum

Leider sprechen noch nicht alle Chinesen wirklich fliessend Englisch so leider auch im Hotel.

1.새로 지어졌고 리버뷰가 좋았다. 그러나 남와이탄이기 때문에 딱 원하는 멋진뷰는 아님. 2.룸 컨디션은 좋다. 인테리어도 멋짐. 3.욕조 크고 2인 들어갈 정도. 배스솔트 제공. 4.기본티 제공품이 TWG

1.응대직원의 영어가 좀 미흡. 못알아듣겠는 발음. 2. 와이탄 리버뷰는 상상하는 그뷰는 아닐것. 와이탄 중앙에서 묵은적이 있는데 그때의 멋진뷰와는 거리가 있었다. 동방명주도 많이 가려지는 정도. 3.욕실 타일벽이 너무 더러움. 곰팡이가 너무 슬어있는데 욕조 청소만 하고 벽은 안닦나? 단지 이거 하나로 별점을 다 깎음.

It was my 3rd time here, and i booked a room with river view again. Still stunned by the scene.

location, location, and location! So far as I know this is the only hotel right on the Bund. The complete view of the Bund from both room and roof top bar was fabulous, especially the night view, worth every penny. Also like its unique oriental interior design, friendly staff , etc

AC is a bit noisy. It got better when I chose the “low “ fan mode.

Einfach nur klasse, es war der fünfte Aufenthalt in dem Hotel und definitiv nicht der letzte!

Besonders gut hat uns die Unterstützung von dem Mitarbeiter Herrn Titan gefallen. Mit seiner zuvorkommenden und aufmerksamen Art hat er uns tolle Tips für das Sightseeing gegeben und uns bei der Taxi Bestellung unterstützt. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt und von der Sauberkeit bis hin zur Freundlichkeit des Personals stimmt einfach alles!

Wonderful

The view was phenomenal. The bedding was perfect, as were the bathroom facilities. The room was much larger than I had expected.

The lobby needs some attention...the upstairs lounges are terrifically designed, what happened to the poor entry lobby? Just a bit weird. I am a design professional, I know what I am talking about.

I will come again and choose this hotel and highly recommend it to friends.

The view from room, absolutely fantastic facing directly the river and three landmarks on the other side. The staff, very friendly and helpful, and offers hospitality at the best possible way. The roof bar, one of the few best spots where you can have the full bund view without needing to crowd with tourists.

Best option in Shanghai!!! Wonderful experience!!!

That was one of the best hotels of my life. And I travel a lot!!! Location, Staff, Room and View were spectacular!!! And great restaurants in the hotel!!!

Exceptional

It's a fifth time we stayed in Shanghai and a fifth time we stayed at Indigo hotel on the Bund. Fantastic view on river and Pudong. And cozy room with Art Deco interior design . The new modern mall opposite of hotel where a lot of stores and restaurants . Pleasant clean area around the hotel. The Bund ... Never change this hotel to others for future trips in Shanghai.

Good hotel in good location on the Bund

great location, nice pool with views

service was ok but nothing memorable. Was disappointed with view from room having travelled such a long way I would’ve liked a view of skyline or offered a better room. Metro was about 15 mins walk but nothing prohibitive.

The view was on the other side of the bund not very interesting as the Bund really light up in the evening . The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable . Location was at the end bund but not far from anything. In general pretty good .

Great Location and Quirky Hotel but make sure breakfast is included.

Lovely Room and very comfy bed, had a great sleep. The shower room is fantastic although the drainage in the shower and basin was poor.

The cost of breakfast is crazy 300RMB if not included in your rate. They also bring you the menu after you have eaten, poor service. There are many alternative breakfast places close by and much cheaper.
