Super friendly helpful staff will help organise any trips. Nice Khmer style room with balcony. Good food at the restaurant and I enjoyed breakfast round the pool too.

Ampiezza delle stanze, personale molto accogliente e cordiale, buona la pulizia.

Struttura trascurata, un vero peccato. Abbiamo dormito in un complesso di stanze a qualche decina di metri dalla hole dell'hotel che sembra abbandonato a se stesso. La piscina decantata è in disuso, sporca e con degli scorpioni al suo interno. Per utilizzarne una bisogna andare nel locale dove servono le colazioni. Direi molto scomodo, per questo mai utilizzata. Il lavandino del bagno perdeva acqua da chissà dove, basta lavarsi i denti per allagare il bagno. Problema segnalato e non risolto. Climatizzatore da incubo, praticamente non c'è la possibilità di impostarlo: qualunque opzione tu scelga lui butta aria fredda al massimo della potenza. Cuscini da eliminare immediatamente. Quando siamo arrivati non funzionava neppure il WiFi, ma il responsabile si è subito offerto di fornirci una sim dati a spese dell'hotel. Una macchina del caffè al bar per le colazioni sarebbe da apprezzare, il cuoco che ti cucina le uova al momento di fronte a te è un servizio da apprezzare, ma se dopo devi farti un espresso con acqua calda e una bustina di nescaffé casca il palco. Prezzi del bar dell'hotel veramente troppo elevati rispetto alla media, con qualche modifica potrebbe lavorare molto di più. Nel complesso diciamo che con un po' più di attenzioni e investendoci sopra il giusto, il tutto potrebbe cambiare radicalmente.

Fantastic team

The great thing about this hotel is the service provided by the staff, everyone is extremely friendly and willing to help. The Hotel is in a very quiet part of the center which guarantees a great and relaxing night's sleep. The breakfast was excellent and varied.

Sometimes we run out of water, we can't say if this is a problem with the hotel or the city. TV was not available and the internet is weak, these points need to be improved.

Nettes Hotel mit Flair

Das Personal war super nett und freundlich. Das Frühstück war für mich ok, Toast, Marmelade, Gebäck, Omlett und Reis- bzw Nudelgericht im Freien neben dem Pool. Ich hatte einen sehr netten TukTuk Fahrer der vor dem Hotel stand angemietet für 20$ den ganzen Tag für eine Angkor Tempeltour. Das Hotel hat einen tollen Flair aus einfach (nix für TV Glotzer, gibt es nämlich nicht) und doch gemütlich. Meine Weiterreise mit dem Flussboot nach Battambang startete schon um 06:30. Das Hotel hat mir dazu eine Breakfastbox vorbereitet. Zur Pubstreet sind es knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Ich würde dort wieder buchen

Not much some staff were good at the bar and restaurant

TV not hooked up and no one cared,fan in room not working and no one cared,internet went out for 2 days no one cared,If someone cared they would have told you room is not functioning properly and No they only wanted your money no offering of discount or nothing just charge you for a room that was not what it was advertised!!Do not stay there was noisy and pool was cleaned after 3 days it was green before that!!Does not look like picture my advice run to another hotel

This is my go to place whenever I come to Siem reap. It's clean, comfortable and very conveniently located. The free flow complimentary buffet breakfast makes this hotel exceptional value for money!

Not what was expected.

The swimming pool was great and breakfast was not bad at all.

Central beach reviews Good day, I am writing my review early as I am very upset with the service of this facility, I booked a month in advance for this booking. Today an hour before arrival the property let me know about renovations and that I can Live at their sister hotel for the same price and it’s 4 star, upon arrival I was amazed at the beautiful hotel despite the horrible location (Central Blanche residence) the rooms we got has no windows or balcony even tough the rooms we booked originally had a balcony, the one rooms aircon barely works, there is coffee and tea in the room but no kettle to make it with, the one room has no TV remote and when requested, we were told via Google translate that they tv doesn’t even work, we paid for a great hotel service and got what feels like, the staff quarters, I’m very unsatisfied, and the price of beverages is ridiculous, 3 waters and 3 soft drinks that would normally cost +-$3 cost $9.90 its disgusting. I’m awaiting to see what breakfast holds ,but I wouldn’t recommend any of these hotels to anyone.

The residence was perfect, location too and the breakfast was very good. They prepared also a breakfast box for us when we went to see the sunrise at the Angkor Wat. And mostly the staff was very kind and helped us with everything, also giving us the chance to do the tours to the Angkor and to the floating Village. The driver of our tuk tuk, Korng, is an excellent driver and has been very very kind and helped us with everything. Also the man and the ladies we met at the reception are very kind and helpful.

It was an amazing stay, the hotel exceeded our expectations, very beautiful and cozy, comfortable and very nicely decorated room/bathroom. Nice lobby and a swimming pool. The staff was simply amazing, they treated us like if we were a family. They took care of our 7 months old twins while we were having dinner, organized completely out temples visits, and in general through the whole stay were very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Best location and service

From check in until check out everything was perfect. All the staff was super friendly and supportive. We stayed in a spacious room with the huge terrace on the second floor . Inside was everything we needed, and it's clean and so comfy. Special thanks to Mr Chamrath. And of course the best location in Siem Reap. Definitely recommend 👍🏻

All round very good stay. Can highly recommend for families with young children.

Please note: This holiday was booked for my Son, his wife, Son (10) and Daughter (7) who live in Phnom Penh. Quiet while we were there. Good pool. Staff all friendly, helpful and attentive. For a few extra dollars, SAMAO went out of his way to decorate the room and provide a birthday cake for my Grandson’s 11th. Breakfasts were served a la carte and adequate.

Property was all a bit tired. Awaiting restoration but priced Accordingly.

Staff were really friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel is just off the main street but close enough to walk to plenty of restaurants and tour shops. Decent breakfast and includes breakfast box option for the early morning tours. Overall a great stay!

The shower pressure was weak and the room was a little dated.

Excellent customer service!

We had a great stay at Résidence Wat Damnak and the main reason for this was the exceptional service from Sreynith. She truly went above and beyond with regards to customer service. Always available via Whatsapp, she answered questions, helped book tours, tuk tuks and onward transportation. She checked-in on us daily in person to ensure everything was OK and she even followed-up after our departure to be sure we made it to our next destination safely! AMAZING SERVICE! Beyond that, the room was comfortable with good AC and the pool was a lovely relief from the heat.

The breakfast was good, but could have been a bit more generous and the coffee, as with many places was instant :-(. The hot water was variable and we did have a slight problem with power at the beginning of the stay, but it was quickly rectified.

Wonderful property, staff are fabulous, would 100% book again!

Beautiful property, decorated in a very Mediterranean way. It is one of three properties located in a small courtyard style opening all opposite one another. Located close to centre of town down a side road, making it very quiet & private but accessible to local markets, restaurants, mini-marts etc. Breakfast offering is simple but delicious. Staff are very kind, considerate & helpful. I was made aware on booking that it is staffed by mostly local students, to offer opportunities to the community - which I thought was wonderful. Very clean, beds are comfortable and rooms are a great size. We will 100% stay again!

A few constructive points: Shower pressure wasn’t the best. Although they did have a new unit in which seems like they’re trying to conquer this issue. On the 3rd day of our trip a large group of 16 checked in and dominated the communal spaces, pool and breakfast area. The staff could have done more to control them so they didn’t interfere with everyone else’s stay (mostly other couples & singles staying at the time) but I think this comes with experience managing people, with a young team I understand this can be daunting. On one of our days a wild monkey stopped in for a visit. Which provided entertainment for the residents however it is still a wild animal. At one point some guests taunted the monkey leading it to get a little agitated. It didn’t hugely affect our stay however did mean we couldn’t relax by the poolside for over an hour. Wild monkeys are very common in and around Siem Reap and any traveller should understand appropriate actions around them but also staff at properties should also provide advice to ensure safety for all. None of the above would stop us from staying again!
