A lovely spot by the river to relax and enjoy the call of the wild

A great stop off on our journey from Dalat to HCMC, we would happily return to spend more time enjoying the calm and wildlife. Would definitely recommend the early morning boat trip.

Our stay here was really great. We had amazing time. The small house we stayed in was tidy and clean and beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. And what is more we had a first row river view. The resort on its own is beautiful with a lot of plants and complex of swimming pools. Food and drinks in restaurant are delicious. The resort is located near the ferry to the Cat Tien National Park. It’s great to experience the nature by foot or by bike (we rent it at the resort). We saw some amazing plants and trees and also animals. What is more at the resort we booked 2 trips - Night Safari and Sunrise boat trip. Both were excellent and totally worth it. And the most important thing people at the resort are incredibly nice and always ready to help. For example we had a booked ride back to the Ho Chi Minh City which was cancelled last minute and staff there helped us organised transport in 5 minutes. It saved us a lot of trouble and anxiety. We really recommend this place!!!

Schöner Platz zum Verweilen

Topp Lage direkt am Fluss. Von meinem hübschen Bungalow hatte ich eine schöne Sicht. Ich hatte eigentlich ein Chalet gebucht, weil mir auf Booking der Bungalow vor der Nase weggeschnappt worden war. Aber kein Problem. Sie hatten dann doch noch einen und ich konnte die Buchung ändern. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aber nicht alle sprechen Englisch. Für meine Abreise haben sie mir verschiedene Optionen aufgezählt: es fährt morgens ein lokaler Bus für 150000 dong direkt von Cat Tien nach Ho Chi Minh. Tipp für den NP: wer nicht zwingendermaßen wilde Gibbons sehen muss oder wem die 5 Uhr früh Tour einfach zu früh ist, kann anstatt des Wild Gibbon Trek (52€) auch erst sein Glück im Animal Rescue Center versuchen. Hier gibt es eine freilebende Gibbon-Familie, die gerne mal vorbeischaut, um den Bären das Futter wegzufressen. Der frühe Gesang der Gibbons ist jedoch eine tolle Erfahrung.

Leider gab es in meinem Bungalow keinen Schrank, was für einen längeren Aufenthalt sicher etwas umständlich ist. Der Wasserhahn in meinem Bungalow war etwas behelfsmäßig, funktionierte aber. Bitte beachten: Da die Lodge nicht im Nationalpark direkt liegt, muss man jedes Mal die Fähre zahlen: 60 000 dong. Im Nationalpark selbst fallen für Museum, Rescue Center, Crocodile Lake etc. Gebühren oder Eintritte an. Ein Fahrrad kostet 150000 für 8h.

Back to nature riverside vila with best hospitality.

The rooms were huge and comfortable with air conditioning and with a fan for the Deck that looked over the river. The hospitality was five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and the food was plentiful I really enjoyed the free cooking lesson. they took us on a Meakong Delta river tour just 2 to 3 minutes walk away from the villas. The taxi are cheap so exploring was easy.

Nothing - it was great if you like rustic.

Super verblijf!

De green bamboo lodge is een perfecte locatie voor jouw verblijf in het national park. Wij verbleven in een houten hutje met een airco en een douche+toilet. Deze was schoon, maar wel vindbaar voor wat ongedierte. Gelukkig is er een klamboe beschikbaar in de hut. Het restaurant van de lodge is prima en de lodge verzorgt prima safari's. Wij hebben de gibbon trekking (€50 pp) en de night safari (€10) gedaan. Helaas hebben wij bij de gibbon trekking geen gibbons gezien (ook niet de 2e ochtend), maar hier vond de lodge een passende oplossing voor. De night safari was kort, maar we zagen wel enkele dieren.

Jammer dat we geen gibbons zagen, maar hier heb je geen invloed op. De kussens waren wat hard.

Not good value for money

The river view and pool is nice. The staff are friendly.

The Karaoke being played at max volume every night until the early hours of the morning. I wasn't provided the correct bungalow I paid for.

Ideal when visiting Cat Tien park

The location is perfect. Right on the riverside. Beautiful views, birds, butterflies and dragonflies. The restaurant offers a decent selection of Vietnamese food. Service is very friendly and quick too. Staff very helpfull with tips, transport and excursions.

Rooms rather small. Outside covered sitting area with beautiful views, but not leakproof, hence you are getting wet after all..

Great but adjust your expectations.

Beautifully located and incredibly still as there was almost no one around in the low-season. The scenery was to die for. There’s a nice breakfast and a good variety for dinner to choose from.

I booked a luxury room as the cabin looked quite dense and humid and as an ‘offer’ they gave us the cabin which was old, extremely humid and the mattress was very hard to lay on.

Perfect location and amazing lodges

Location is perfect, right across the river of the national park, 2 minute walk to the entrance of the park. Wooden huts are super cute and comfortable at the same time. We got a free upgrade because they had a river-view lodge left. The pool was amazing! Beautiful, clean, comfortable. Restaurant also serves good food and good choice.

Sometimes we asked for some things to be arranged, which they did their best to do but it didn't always really work out.

beautiful pool, good food and nice setting in resturant.

the lodge is pretty spread out and there is a huge variance in the accommodations. Our room face a construction zone. others faced the river. The newer room are really nice, but the older bungalows are pretty dark and danky. I was surprised by the larger number of families - lots of kid noise. Pool was kid city all weekend Great for families, but not quite the vibe I was expected. Not sure if that is the norm our just our weekend luck.

Superb

The location is wonderful, you feel in real contact with nature. The owner Vung and the staff were really welcoming and kind in funding us the better way to continue our travel on the road in Vietnam. The food of the restaurant is definitely good!
