Very close to park entrance. Nice on-site hosts. Offsite manager named Nguyen Sach (mr.) very responsive and helpful. He coordinated pick up from Ho Chi Minh at our stay to Lava Rock which cost 150K per person. Yes, you read that correctly, 150,000. I paid for 3 people total 450K for a 3 hour ride door to door. It was a shared van ride, which was way better than trying to figure out bus station and tickets. The van stopped once for bathroom and food where we bought Banh Mi for 20K. He also coordinated private car to transport us to Mui Ne (1,700K total). Transport is a huge deal given remote destination. Spacious accommodations. Comfortable beds. Free breakfast which was either basic egg and bread or noodles, which was fine. AC worked well. Wi-Fi on iPad is fine, on kindle was a little spotty. I think this was a great find and even though the next door lodge may have better reviews, the service we got here was well worth it, plus less expensive at Lava Rock.
I would not recommend the dinner. Food was mediocre. They tried charging us for the chips they brought to our table, that we never ordered. And they also tried charging for the wipes they give before eating to clean your hands. I refused both of those charges and they understood and were ok with it. Superficially building roof in bathroom could have been built a little better, but otherwise not much to complain about with our stay.

Location is very good, close to the market. Room has everything one can ask for this Price.
Staff very friendly.
Bathroom was not very clean, but still ok. What annoyed me the most and also the reason why I cannot fully recommend is the noise Level at the late evening and morning. The walls are extremely thin and the Staff is very loud in the morning. Woke me up at 7am. Also at night (until ~0.30 am) it wase quite loud due to guests arriving and doors closing.

Very cheap price, great location as it's right outside the entrance to the park. Friendly owner. Just to make aware, they weren't able to serve us breakfast however they directed us to the accommodation across the road where we were given it. The rooms are built into rock which keeps the temperature cool at night. There was also a cute puppy by our room which in my opinion is always a bonus:)
There was a little confusion when we were checking in as the owner doesn't speak English and it was like we had surprised him when showing up even though I had just been messaging them an hour before. There was some construction going on right across from our room so the view wasn't great. There wasn't anything covering the window in the bathroom so it was easy for insects to get in. The sink was dirty. They were also doing some construction within the premises near our room so the workers were right outside our room talking in the morning.

The accommodation was not the same as the description. there is no bike rental, no breakfast. everything seems destroyed and abandoned. maybe related to covid there is a lack of tourism, which is crucial for renovating the rooms and service.
All in all the people are very helpful and taking care. the park is old and rusty but it’s worth a visit.
no breakfast, no bikes.

Great location, right on the river alongside the national park. Very peaceful in the morning, with all the sounds of the jungle nearby.
Very noisy at certain times during the night; a large group arrived (or left) at about 4am and were talking without a care in the world about how noisy they were being. I was there during a very quiet time halfway through Tet, I imagine it might be a bit noisier when the place is super busy. However, the place is still excellent and I'm probably going to go again someday.

Near the park entrance
A frog in my room. Some cobwebs on the ceiling. No hand soap in bathroom. Food is so so.

Location is nice, close to the park entrance. The river view is very nice while you have breakfast. Nothing else is worthed. The lady owner is very nice and she cares but she is alone, nobody around her cares about guests they are only there for the money.
The food is beyond awful... nightmare. The dining area is disorganized, very dirty, ugly. Staff is lazy and have no idea of what to do. At night the dining area is dark and sad. No lights no music no screens. The rooms on the other side of the property are dark and they look abandoned, is not welcoming at all.

Room had AC, and decent terraces. Bed was comfortable and it was very clean. It's right by the entrance to the national park too.
Some sort of electrical noise in the evening in the morning.
