Avoid at all costs

Basic room was okay and pool/music in evening was decent.

Breakfast and dinner - We have included breakfast and dinner and to say it was bad for hotel this rating would be understatement. Dining area is small, team is understaffed, barely enough sitting area and quality/choices are sub-par. Wouldn't recommend the place, staff is under trained and place has barely any services. Big regret that we choose this place for holiday. It was 8 of us and experience could have been tonnes better. Room - smelled of gutter often after cleaning, we booked stay a month in advance for 4 nights still they didnt have baby cot till last day available. Blaming us for some reason when we clearly mentioned 1 year old baby with us. Horrible reception staff. Room staff was okay. Facilities - non-existent, They dont even have a decent lounge to sit in. It was may and hot every time you request water they would offer hot water. Honestly have been in 3 start hotels which has better services than this garbage. I had 15% discount on my bills which they didnt even acknowledge in final bill. Conference room: I booked a conference room for 3hours, and drinks and coffee delivered were inedible, cookies felt like eating sand and rock hard that you can probably break glass with it. Overall a horrible experience and would recommend every one to stay away from this place.

Just Okay

Location and couple of staff were good

1. I requested for additional bed in the room and paid additional INR 2500 .. and they put a mattress on floor, Later after escalation they fixed. Not seen such treatment anywhere in the whole world. 2. Curtain in bed room is not good 3. Floor has no carpet 4. Corridor is wet and water is dripping

The property is beautiful, the food is good, the staff is friendly, the pool and pool bar are amazing.

The AC wasn't working properly. In summer in Goa, this is a must. They tried hard to fix it but it was never fully fixed and quite uncomfortable.

The room was fine and well looked after most.of the staff were helpful.

The music was far to loud especially from 6:30 no need as put off older people and families from using the bar area. The shower was awful never enough hot water this needs to be addressed asap. The Hotel had an open day and people came in from outside paying 2000 rupees for.all you can eat and drink... This is disgraceful as we have payed alot money to be exclusive with hotel guests only. That day lots if drunk and badly behaved people.

I would come back.

Good but slow service. The pool bar only had one bar person serving all the guests. Food was also good. rooms well cleaned and spacious.

Rooms are not soundproof. A lot of noise from the corridors of people walking around late in the night or early mornings. loud trolley bags being dragged around during odd hours.
