Cleaning not very well.

Big room, and tea, coffee. Big wc room, hot water. Allowed pet, it is excellent.

When do reserve, in information added that breakfast are included, but when we’ll coming, in reception said that breakfast not included because you buy room from booking.com. Also sauna is not very well and water in swimming pool very cold, maybe 18 c

Exceptional

Everything was perfect. You could find everything you need. Comfort is this! Planning to go again

Only the quality of outdoor restaurant's (Novbahar) service once (it happened just once) bothered. This restaurant's staff could be more thoughtful while serving. As it happened once we considered it just happening. Everything else was excellent.

Its not a 5 star hotel- they lost their rating and have not updated it. Booking com is not aware if this or its not been updated. It used to be a 5* hotel under different management , NOT ANYMORE.

Personal, location, service level. all was exceptional. not because of average hotel service level in Azerbaijan is poor. but because of real service was absolutely perfect. good breakfast, best location in whole region I’m sure.

A hidden treasure in the Caucasus

Wooooooooooooow. Really wow. Just amazing in every respect and every detail. This is the second time we visit this awesome hotel and the first to be in Winter time. My family and I were delightfully surprised by the snowy atmosphere during our stay this time celebrating the colorful and fascinating Novruz holiday here in the north-west of Azerbaijan. The presence of snow with hights snow height reaching one meter and above in some spots added another element of enjoyment to our stay. The fact that the hotel is built on a huge area of land comprising soccer, basketball and tennis fields and courts, a huge terrace, wonderful indoor swimming pool and SPA facilities (free of charge for hotel guests), bowling alley with four lanes, cinema, indoor sports such as billiard, table tennis, Foosball, etc makes you feel you don't want to leave the hotel for touring or other activities. We stayed two wonderful nights and plenty of action-filled vacation to the point all of us were literally crying when we had to leave on our third nights. We can stay a month or more here and never feel bored or wanting to leave; it's just a piece of heaven on mother earth. A word of thank is absolutely due to the wonderful and ever-smiling staff of the hotel without exception. Special thanks to the gentleman in the front desk, sorry I didn't remember his name as I wrote this review, but he is the one reception staff who speaks very good English. I had the pleasure to chat with him several times during our stay. Also I would like to thank him for offering me and my family free, wonderfully tasty sweats special for the Novruz. Last words, if you are in Qax and want to enjoy a wonderful stay, don't think of any other hotel in the area. Qax is also beautiful all year-round so no matter what season you visit, you will definitely enjoy. Happy Novruz holiday to my wonderful and stunningly beautiful Azeri wife and to all the wonderful people of friendly Azerbaijan. Yaşa Azərbaycan.

Pleasant

The waiters in the restaurant works very hard and does their best to please the guests. They were very friendly and took the time to listen to you.

To start with: this is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Not in terms of service, not in terms of comfort, etc. The hotel is outdated and in need of renovation and renewal of the furniture. We discovered the day of arrival after a long walk in the mountains that we have no hot water. After calling the front desk for the first time we were told someone would come over. Half an hour later, no one had stopped by and my husband called again with the message that we are also hungry (it was around half past seven in the evening) and that we would therefore like to take a shower and have dinner afterwards. No one came after this phone call. In the end, after waiting for 1 hour, we tested the water and it was lukewarm and okay to shower. No one else spoke to us about this the same evening. That is very unfortunate and certainly not good service. In addition, the breakfast is not what you expect from a luxury 5 star hotel. There was very little choice and from what was there it was clearly visible that most of it was not daily fresh.

In common our trip was perfect, the biggest asset of this place is friendly staff

Personal is very friendly, rooms very cozy and clean, view is wonderful

In restaurant couches were a little bit dusty, in Novbahar restaurant non of confiture was available

Nothing at all

The most unprofessional hotel and staff i have ever seen . Dusty rooms , unavailable menu , cold building . No one taking care . find another place to stay

Great location, but staff need trained better.

The room was great and the hotel is in a fantastic location.

I had booked 3 rooms for my travel party of 9, one of the rooms wasn't ready even though we were checking on after the earliest check-in time. They had to wait over an hour for their room which was very inconvenient and not at all satisfactory. Also, we had dinner in the hotel and the service we received was awful. Half the menu wasn't available and the staff really struggled to deal with us. Yes, there was a language issue but even so they weren't trained adequately to deal with all eventualities.

Rooms to stay are perfect: more than enough spaces, appliances are great👍. Personnel are around and show hospitality every single moment. I also liked allocation hours for women in swimming pool.

Swimming pool is small, scrap massage was not available. There is still exist a room for improvement , w.g meal (e.g. brackfast) variety.
