Un hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Avignon et la région

L'hôtel est juste à côté de la gare d'Avignon Centre, c'est extrêmement pratique pour se déplacer dans la région ! Literie très confortable Très bonne insonorisation Petit déjeuner copieux et varié

Douche un peu exiguë Juste une toute petite fenêtre donc manque de lumière naturelle et rend la chambre un peu oppressante et impossibilité de l'ouvrir pour faire rentrer de l'air (du moins je n'ai pas eu l'impression de pouvoir) Abords de l'hôtel peu engageants (travaux, saleté), surtout le soir

Ne vaut pas son prix (130€ la nuit pour 2 personnes)

- Accueil agréable par l'équipe, qui nous a aidé avec des cartes défaillantes, et nous a réattribué une chambre - A proximité imminente du centre-ville, très bien pour partir en soirée - Petit-déjeuner copieux et varié

- Nous avons très mal dormi cette nuit-là : les lits n'étaient pas confortables, et il faisait extrêmement chaud dans la chambre, sans possibilité de couper le chauffage. Impossible également d'ouvrir la fenêtre de notre chambre car elle était verrouillée par une vitre "scellée". - L'hôtel est labellisé "Accueil vélo", mais en-dehors d'un local pour stocker nos vélos, nous avons eu de grandes difficultés à les monter jusqu'à la réception (au 1er étage) depuis l'entrée au RDC, il faut passer par les escaliers ou les mettre debout dans l'ascenseur. Et inversement pour les sortir. - La chambre était petite pour 2 personnes. - Le cast ne fonctionnait pas sur la TV connectée, impossible d'aller dans les paramètres pour essayer de régler le souci.

Standard clean convenient ibis.

The hotel is so close to the station that you can hear station announcements if your window is open! I didn’t mind it but the concrete brutalist architecture and the hotel lobby has a late 70’s vibe.

The room was rumurous; they gave me a room with an inner door to the room next to me; I could here the rumour of my neighbour. However I explicitly aksed for a quiet room

Perfect location for exploring the city - the staff were amazingly helpful and we were there very briefly but had a very surprisingly lovely stay! Breakfast was a great spread

very basic hotel, conveniently located near old town, quiet rooms because of double glazed windows

very small rooms. We had to drag our luggage a long way from the parking, no help there.

Wouldn’t stay there again

Dirty, smelly. Staff really didn’t seem very helpful. Whilst there is building work going on outside, there are no clear signs on how to get into the hotel. When you find the entrance through the car park there are drunks/ homeless and drug users by the door to get in. Our room was supposed to be a deluxe room, it was tiny. Once the luggage was there no room to move. We actually moved rooms, which was slightly bigger but no coffee maker.

Great location. Nice breakfast. The bed and pillow are comfortable. Friendly and helpful staffs. Hot water is strong.

The hairdryer is not user friendly. No kettle in the room. the room is way smaller than we expected. AC is weak.

Nothing special for this money

Location is good, near the train station and walking distance to the Avignon old center. The sound isolation was good, so no noise from outside. The room was clean.

The rooms are really tiny. Not so much space to maneuver a big luggage. The hotel rooms needs to be refurbished. The breakfast was basic continental, not bad, but it wasn't too much variation. Arround the hotel and the train station, there is a construction site, so the access to the hotel is not easy and you need to pass some kind of passage which is not really friendly (smell, dirt...).

We put a silly special request of pictures in our room and bless them. The staff at the ibis went out their way to fulfil our special request.

The only issue I had was my mobile wiped my key but the staff at reception were super helpful in fixing so it was a very mild irritant on an otherwise great stay

Comfy stay in convenient location.

Location near the station, cleanliness, very friendly staff. Breakfast was fantastic! The rooms are small but functional, definitely adequate for a couple of nights.

The current construction at the station makes the hotel look uninviting.

Really close to train station. And the little food stall at the bottom of the stairs is amazing.

Super inaccessible if you have walking issues. Elevator was broken from bottom floor so we had to walk up many steps. Luckily my friend had her leg brace and we took many breaks for her.
