One night stay

Was on our route (Great Ocean Drive) and conveniently located for Apollo Bay shops/beach/restaurant.

Very basic, would not have been good for more than a one night stay (though other rooms may have been better).

Durchwachsene Unterkunft

Direkte Lage am Strand, nur durch die Straße getrennt. Aber keine Lärmbelästigung durch die Straße. Großes, neues Bett mit sauberen Laken. Das Bad war im Gesamten auch in Ordnung, jedoch muss die Dusche v.a. die Silikonfugen dringend erneuert werden!!! Wir hatten ein Motelzimmer. Balkon vorhanden, dort konnte man gut mit 2 Personen sitzen und frühstücken. Garderobe und 1 zusätzlicher Beistelltisch waren vorhanden. Tiefgaragenparkplatz vorhanden, der Aufzug ist auch in die Jahre gekommen, fährt aber. Bitte weiter unten die negativen Bemerkungen lesen!!!

Äußerst dreckig: das Gebäude, der Weg außen zum Eingang voller Spinnenweben, das Treppenhaus eklig, Türrahmen zum Teil kaputt, Fensterrahmen völlig verdreckt. Es ist doch nicht schwer, mit einem Lappen, heißem Wasser und etwas Spüli die Rahmen und Rinnen der Fenster regelmäßig zu säubern! Das Milchglas-Balkongeländer ebenso verdreckt und voller Spinnweben.

Overall not too bad for the price!

1. Nice location 2. Clean

1. Bed is just beside the glass door and the corridor light is on through the night. Need to wear eye mask to sleep. 2. Room is a bit cramped.

Catfish pictures!! Room was nothing like them.

Beds were horrible, old, uncomfortable. Bedding was old and tatty. Rooms didn’t look anything like the pictures. Awful tiny kitchen with no cooker. No clue where the gym and pool was.

Perfect stop on the GOR

The apartment was pretty big and it had all the necessities for cooking. You can park your car in an underground garage. The beds were big and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious. I definitely recommend it as a stop on the great ocean road. In the town, you have to try the famous scallop pie.

Comfortable stay for everyone to enjoy!

Loved the little pod room, perfect for our nights stay! My mum particularly loved how big the mugs are for her tea, ha! Great value and so comfortable, we would definitely stay again :)

Couple weekend away.

Location was perfect. And got what we paid for.

Asked for a double bed... and had 2 single beds but together. The fridge didn't work properly, froze my insulin therefore unable to take my medication for 4 days.. And tv didn't get all free to air chanels, as mot much to do and it was a quite weekend. And don't like the fact that staff ate not present at front reception.

Very enjoyable & walking distance to shops

Very clean. Has access lift for heavy luggage. Lovely rooms with laundry & adequate kitchenette.

No dryer in laundry but used clothes rack with heater on

There was some confusion over room numbers - two room 7!! Another trip to desk but sorted. The lamp in bedroom not working, the light for laundry not working.

It was comfortable enough, the highlight was the view from our balcony.

Great location & view of the water from our balcony. Everything you need was close by or within walking distance.

The floor looked like it could do with a mop & the room had a funny smell when we first walked in. There was quite a few stairs to get up to our room which is hard with heavy suitcases but at least there was a lift, although very old, to get to our level. It did have a sign on it saying not to use it but when I got my check in email it stated there was a lift, so we used it.

Very good once you get in but there seem to be little staff around running the place which was odd.

The apartment was was great very modern an clean. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook with ,the bed very comfortable and the bathroom a good size.

Not able to book in till 4 pm was not good and the parking was down in the basement which made parking very tight. There is no view at all just a wall to look at .

Beds and room itself was quite comfortable. Location was great and close to shopping, tourist sites and restaurants.

Shower head only had a trickle of water and it was 2 days before it was fixed and had decent water pressure. Also the bathroom tap did not flow smoothly and tended to squirt in all directions. Not fixed during my stay. I expected to at least have a microwave oven, but was informed it doesn't come in Studio rooms. Stairs to first floor are fairly narrow and steep, making it difficult to carry luggage, especially with knee problems.

The motel was very good for a short stay. Very central and opposite the beach.

Room was clean but rather small. Motel was very central to everything so we walked almost everywhere. Secure undercover parking is good.

Bed was uncomfortable.
