Agréable et reposant

Les repas étaient chers et surtout la vue de la chambre était à 2 m d'un mur, du jamais vu

décevant car on avait choisi l'hôtel pour profiter du spa.

Belle chambre très propre et spacieuse

Piscines et chambre à glace défectueuses sans compensation pourtant promise au check-inn et personnel du spa désintéressé, Personnel au petit déjeuner occupé avec son téléphone au lieu de nettoyer les chaises (grumeaux)

Very worth it stay

The room was very clean and comfortable. And the location is as beautiful as it gets.

Sadly, the big pool in the spa did not have a working heating system, which is understandable, it can happen. But it would have been nice to receive a small compensation for that (a drink at the bar...)

Très bien

L'hôtel est très bien situé pour aller skier. Le spa et super même un mini spa pour les enfants. Le petit déjeuner étais bon.

Le restaurant extement long, serveuse semblais nous éviter alors que nous étions que deux dont 1 enfant donc un repas assez rapide à la normale nous avons passer 2h dans le restaurant.

Nous avons passé un beau séjour.

L'endroit où il y a les bains et le spa. C'était super mais il faudrait qu'a l'intérieur de l'eau il fasse plus chaud. Si je restais trop longtemps dans l'eau, j'avais les frissons. Et aussi, il faudrait que la température dans la zone des bains soit aussi plus chaude car on ressentait le froid.

Les fauteuils qui sont tous abimés autant dans la salle du déjeuné qu'en bas vers la salle de jeux et à l'intérieur de cette salle. Je trouve que ça rabaisse l'hôtel.

Generally good, satisfactory stay.

Good spa. Very good housekeeping. Friendly staff. Reception team was ready to help absolutely with everything.

Entrance to the hotel a bit unusual. Not easy to define it is an entrance. It make also unloading of the luggage difficult. You have to take 2 lifts. Help with luggage was not offers by hotel. Breakfast is special. There are no vegetables. Coffee machine with cappuccino was out of order. One day service was good. Next day you have to push staff to provide plates, some finished products etc.

Great location, direct access to the cable cars, in the centre of town with spacious rooms but beware the bathrooms.

Room size was very good and there was a large balcony. The bed was a good size and comfortable.

The balcony was enclosed with a high solid wall as we were on the 2nd floor. Higher floors had better views and balconies you could see the view from. It looked as though there had been air conditioning in the room previously but now it was taken out. The room was very hot at night. The bathroom only has a stud partition wall with a sliding door. Bizarrely, the sliding door was partially clear glass and so depending on how you feel about privacy while you’re in the bathroom, this might not be for you. The breakfast was ok but could have been better.

great value spa hotel in the mountains

Really comfortable, spacious and modern rooms. Spa was delightful - especially the outdoor pool, which catches that end of day sun perfectly.

inability to sleep in due to the noise of the cleaning happening in a near by room - but not sure this is really avoidable. I still had a fabulous stay

We had a fab time - loved the village and visited some great restaurant's locally and enjoyed skiing

Apartment was spacious, spa was fantastic

The route to apartment was not quick or easy, key cards sometimes didn't work then a long way back to reception, too many locks and lifts to get to apartment

Pleasant

Everyone in the reception was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was quite clean. The spa has a lovely design. The outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi are very nice.

As we booked at the last minute, we paid quite a high price to stay in this hotel. However unfortunately the hotel did not really meet our expectations. First of all two out of four saunas were not working. Overall, there is an isolation problem in the spa as the temperature of the saunas and hammam was dropping very quickly as soon as someone opens the door and as there are too many people, this happens very often. The towels can be taken only at the entrance and they as relatively small, there is no warm drink available in the spa, only cold water. It is not possible to float in the flotation basin as it is not salty enough. We were told the breakfast end at 11h00 on Sundays, but at 10h45 there were no more pancakes, we asked to have some. However, we got a negative reply from the kitchen, afterward, the waiter was kind enough to fight for us to get some pancakes but apparently, it was not super easy. The breakfast content was very poor for a 4-star hotel.

High price for a "Kids-SPA"

- Kids allowed at the SPA, so not really relaxing. Breakfast average (received soy milk that was not good anymore). Room too expensive to have a view on a stone wall.

The Spa was great as well as the entrance area.

the beds were very uncomfortable and the view was hilarious. we had a view onto a wall directly in front of the balcony. although the hotel wasn’t fully booked we got the worst room ever for more than 300 a night.
