Wonderful friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and large clean room a very short distance from downtown Karak. Would highly recommend

It’s in the middle of Karak, walking distance for shopping, helpful and welcoming staff

Very nice designed hotel, very polite and open staff, good local breakfast. I was there in May, so the rooms were not cold. My room was quiet, although the hotel lies on a main road.
A car is highly recommended, even when visiting the castle.

Pleasant, helpful, and efficient staff members! Thank you to everyone we encountered! Convenient location in Karak and its Castle. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking for a vehicle is available. Breakfast and dinner are available upon request; and, the cost was reasonable. If you are staying in Karak for the night, then you should consider this hotel.

We had an amazing experience here!
The owner is a great man, very kind and welcoming.
We had our room upgraded.
Our room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable.
We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and both were delicious.
Free parking is next to the entrance.
Kerak castle is not far from this place.

Good location at entrance of the city, easy parking, super friendly staff and EXCEPTIONNAL dinner (and very good breakfast too). We had a request for a 4 person bedroom and they kindly arranged this by adding an extra bed in a 3 pers bedroom. We knew it in advance, it was very usefull for us and we thank them for their helpfullness, but we were a bid crowed in the room. No big deal. It was more than OK for just a one night stay. All in all we would gladly come back for friendly staff, good location ,delicious food and value for money.
Generally speaking, it seems very hard to find 4 people bedrooms anywhere in Jordan. They were no exception but still found a solution by adding an extra bed to a 3 pers bedroom. Thanks, but family travellers should be aware and carefully plan their stay in the country.

Good and abundant breakfast (with the view of the Karak castle!). Good location if you are traveling through the King's Road. The room and bathroom were large although a little cold.

In the room on beds we had blankets from The UN refugee Agency! Dirty, cold room, very bad conditions

The room was place in the basement, very cold, toilet seat broken, dirty and leaking bath and shower, poor mattress

The hotel has nice lobby and really friendly receptionist. They offer a dinner which we didn't took as we were full but it looked pretty good. Wi-fi is working. Best water pressure in the shower of all Jordan :)
The room and the bathroom was rather depressing, no table or chairs and it's not possible to sit on two-story bed. It's located on noisy road. A bit dirty but not critical.

Great location overlooking Karak Castle with parking and friendly welcome. Great breakfast for 4JD extra was worth it and room was cosy as described. Short walk from the new town and could walk or drive 3km to the old town (involves a large hill!).
The location gives good views and is a bit of a quirky build which gives it a charm. Drinks available on the evening (tea/coffee/juice) and manned reception during normal waking hours.
Room bit chilly over night - but heater in room and gave extra blanket when requested. Shower a tad squashed and due to not being connected properly leaked and resulted in a slippery floor and me slipping out the bathroom on a step. No harm done but could be fixed easily and detracted from a nice little venue

Very clean accomodation, spacious bathroom, extremely polite and nice staff, so kind to the degree you were thinking how is it possible on this Earth :-), comfortable beds, the dining room very stylish ! Very nice ambient' Since we were there in winter, we appreciated a little heater which was sufficient to make the temperature comfortable. Hot water in the shower was of course available. THE KINDNESS of all will stay in your mind !!!
More furniture inside the room would be fine but we managed.

Not much other than the friendly welcome from the staff.
Unfortunately, it was cold during our stay, but our room was not equipped to keep warm. There was a small electric heater which was insufficient. The room only had a single twin plug socket in an inconvenient point in the room, so we could not provide a light by the bed.

A lovely spacious room and friendly host! I really recommend the dinner too. Superclose to the castle.

The room was according to the price and what we have seen on the pictures. We rented the smallest room at the hotel which was ok for one night. The staff was really friendly and I believe the other rooms have better quality.
The bathroom might use a renovation.

Not good value for the money. We did a roundtrip in Jordan and stayed at hotels for the same price or even cheaper with a far better equipement, sanitaries, beds and state of the room in general. We stayed in the room with four beds, don’t know how the other rooms are - maybe they are better than ours. The personnel was very friendly though and there is a nice common space for breakfast.

Very good dinner, one of the best hummus ever eaten.

It is a good small hotel in Kerak. There are not so many options in Kerak and so we were really happy to find such a good organized hotel. The room was quite big, there was a fridge, always appreciate hangers... finding a parking space close to the Hotel was not a problem.
There is a bigger street nearby and it misses some "cosy charm", but it is a good, solid hotel with helpful hosts and if needed they offer breakfast and dinner

the room was very nice and spacious. also the dinner that was arranged was very tasty.

From the outside the hotel is a bit of a surprise, but inside was very pleasant, clean and comfortable. The outside is a bit of a jumble of a courtyard and the original building has obviously had various extensions. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The hotel is very convenient for the new parts of town and not far from the castle, though a steep walk uphill. The hotel is on the main road, which was no issue, though it is not a very scenic spot. That said, the views from the breakfast room are good.

Great hospitality, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, airconditioning is works very good, calm and quiete room. Host is very friendly and helpful. We had 3-person room with the castle view on the ground floor- i recommend this room

Great host, very friendly! Location is okay, quite a number of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Parking available at site. Room is big enough, the bathroom… well, let’s say it has past its prime. You get what you pay for, no more, no less, but it is definitively a place to stay for a night or two in summer.

The hotel is placed just below the old town. It's small and it might look cheap from the outside but it has all the required facilities and in fact it was one of the most pleasant stays in Jordan we had during our trip. On top of that, the staff is really friendly. We had an emergency situation and looked for a place to spend the night on the same night, and they let us stay without any problems.

Dinner was great and portions were generous. Parking for car.
Our room was a bunker in a basement and it smelled musty. Only one employee spoke english.

The triple room was very good. The guy at the reception desk seemed really professional. He greeted us on arrival as professional as a 4 star hotel in Aqaba. Keep up the good job :)
Some noise from the corridor.
