De schimmel in de badkamer, loszittende shampoo fles aan de muur, de enorm tikkende airco bij iedere beweging, de ligging aan een drukke weg met veel herrie(ook in de nacht), het kapotte rolluik, waardoor de kamer niet donker werd.

Piscine propre et spacieuse , jolie. Extérieurs piscine/ jardin très jolis

Notre chambre était dans un bâtiment séparé de l’hôtel… à 400 m du bâtiment principal . Nous dévouons donc marcher ou prendre la voiture our aller déjeuner et aller à la piscine ( enfant en bas âge, sac de plage etc… à transporter). Pas de serviette de béton à disposition pour la piscine. Les volets de la chambre ne fonctionnaient pas, donc il fait très vite clair et chaud. Chambre triple mais eau / verre / tasse … pr 2 personnes. Personnel ne parle anglais ( ce qui pour un 4 étoiles de ce prix était attendu ) et donne l’impression qu’on le dérange quand on pose une question ou qu’on passe commande

Looked lovely, lovely pool and garden

Staff miserable, do not even return greetings, do not care about anything other than the wedding guests. Pool closed at 1pm for guests to set up for weddings. Not set up for families. Avoid.

The decoration of the room

The room was smaller than the one booked. The hotel gad a planned event and when we asked to sit in the bar fir a drink, they said it was closed for the event. And as a result there was a lot of noise!!!!

Nice hotel but there is some room for improvement.

Nicely designed hotel, friendly stuff, good quality products served for breakfast and very attentive staff. We really enjoyed the lido! Our daughter locked the chess board in the lobby!

We had a triple room and it was rather small and not well-appointed. The design is nice but when it comes to functionality it just doesn’t work. Little storage space, especially in the bathroom. The windows open but there is no view at all: just the roof of the building. It was extremely warm in the room at night and we could not adjust the temperature. We asked at the reception and they fixed it but it was still suffocating as if the air wasn’t moving at all. We would also highly recommend the hotel to add coffee/tea facilities in the room. We missed that a lot! And lastly, they say the beach is 500 meters from the hotel. It is at least 1km! Even google maps says it and then you know it when you walk it.

Overall pleasant get away for the night

The size of the room and bathroom As nice bath tub Restaurant was nice too Staff friendly

The view of the deluxe room is overlooking apartments with people's washing out , not a nice view The hotel is too near the road The bath towels and robes were clean but worn and rough, need new towels and robes The bed was small and too soft, for the deluxe room I'd expect deluxe bed and bedsheets.

Superb

Everything was clean, everyday housekeeping service.

The pool was opened until 1 p.m. The breakfast didn t had multiple options, a few pastries and a few jamon slices. No vegetables, a few fruits. The room was pretty small.

Great service and friendly staff

Very good price considering the quality of the service and the possibility to go to the beach (with beds, umbrella, towels) and breakfast included. Also, very helpful staff.

There was some leakage with the shower and the basin looked like it could be happy with some more glue to be securely attached at the wall.

Almost all staff does not speak English. Hard to communicate if you don't speak Italian. Some staff members are not friendly.

Bad service

the structure is very beautiful, and it is not so far from the sea

I booked a suite with a shower next to the bed, and I was given a different suite, it didn't have a bath tub by the bed but it did have a whirlpool tub, and that was fine for me, but unfortunately the tub didn't work and when I notified the reception, they replied xhe unfortunately it was broken and they did nothing to satisfy me. Then the next morning I went for breakfast, breakfast was from 7am to 10am, and I went very early at 9am I was already there for breakfast, but very disappointing there was hardly anything just a cake 1 yogurt 3 types of juice 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of cooked ham, then I asked the waiter if there was a possibility of having a breakfast with eggs and ham, but he told me it was all there. I don't think I'll be back.

Paestum Trip

Clean facilities, helpful staff, free use of bicycles. Excellent chefs. Amazing weather.

Choice at breakfast was limited. Scrambled egg on toast is available but not advertised you have to ask. Triple room for 3 adults was cramped with little privacy. Suitable for a couple and child maybe. Limited access to the pool due to functions being held so forced to go off site meaning a walk to the beach.
