Perfect location and property for our stay in Naples. Exceptional customer service.

Exceptional customer service from Archangelo and team. Great communication, suggestions for exploring Naples, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spotless and the property was in a fantastic location, close to restaurants, shops and a short walk to many of the sights.

Staff was truly excellent. Beds were comfortable. Stocked mini fridge and snacks. Location was very safe and convenient to metro. Spacious room with sleeping area and separate sofa/living room/table area.

Flooring and box that holds card key could use some repairs. But did not negatively effect our stay too much.

Awesome stay, would highly recommend it.

The location was excellent, very close to the Piazza Amedeo metro station and bus stops. It was in a high-end shopping area and felt safe to walk around at night. The check in was contactless and easy, especially with door codes instead of keys. The room was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. It had large closets and a separate section with a desk and small second bed. The included breakfast room service was awesome. The hotel staff were also accommodating with luggage storage on our check-out day.

Everything exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed our stay!

Immaculate, friendly, well-equipped, and well-located

Super friendly and kind staff that went above and beyond to be welcoming and helpful; spacious and spotless rooms supplied with everything you need (even slippers!); excellent location close to historic sights, great restaurants, and cool bars. A delight to return to after a day of sightseeing in the area.

The one and only thing I didn’t like was the mattress for my single bed, which was a bit too firm and dense to be comfortable (my friend’s double bed was better). But I would still return given everything I loved.

Stayed here for one night before our flight back home. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was great, nice area close to restaurants and room was nice and clean.

Great stay, perfect location and fantastic staff

We loved our stay here, the room was big enough and the bed was really comfy. This property is located in a really nice and safe area of Naples. The staff here are fantastic and couldn’t be more helpful, we were able to contact them via WhatsApp and they gave us advice with transport and booked a taxi for us to the airport.

There was aircon in the room but we still found it extremely warm and found it difficult to sleep.

Very comfortable rooms in beatufiul neighborhood

Very clean, large and comfortable rooms. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is great, near to nice restaurants, bars and retail stores. It's also within walking distance to main landmarks.

- It would be nice to have at least a bar or some additional installations in the hotel (it's mostly just the rooms, no bar, parking, etc).

Good location in Naples

The hotel was well located and we were able to walk from the metro station. Our host Archangelo was helpful and showed us everything about the room. The room was quiet and everything was clean. We were able to walk to all of the major attractions. We also received good restaurant recommendations. We were supplied with plenty of good coffee in the room and some welcome snacks.

The room was a bit smaller than I expected. For breakfast you could choose to have it brought to your room or walk a short distance to a small, very crowded coffee shop and have it there. There were some seats, but although the pastries were good, you could not really sit and enjoy. I recommend you have it brought to the room. Breakfast was only a cup of coffee and a pastry. I would not call this breakfast. No other option.

Clean and safe, but not much else.

We opted not to have breakfast delivered to our room, but the little pasticceria down the block comped our breakfast in an obvious agreement with Prestige. Nice touch. Arcangelo, the gentleman at the desk, did his very best to make us comfortable. I greatly appreciated his carrying our bags up the steps.

This was a very last minute booking and we really don't know much about Naples, so it isn't their fault. It was really hard to find the place; the room was quite spartan.

Naples Magnifico

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable to relax for our stay. It was great. Close to many designer shops and restaurants. Only 10mins walk from the park as well.

The only down fall was the shower. It needs a longer screen so water don't spray out.
