comfortable, convenient & clean

Good location. Free parking. Surprisingly quite thru the night, despite being near a main road. Even with the window open! Didn't try the pub at all.

A little out of town but really not far. Haven't scored the staff high but that's due to total lack of interaction with them (no need)

Was a great hotel that is run and adjacent to the Marsden pub on the site, everything is located in the pub with the rooms in a separate annex on the opposite side of the free car park. The staff running the reception were mega frirndly, the food was spot on and the bar was very reasonably priced

Only the weather but no one could change that

Starling Cloud Stay

Room was clean and tidy, particularly like the fact when the curtains were shut it blocked all light from showing from outside.

A small fridge might be a nice addition it had plenty of room for one

Cold water showers, no phones in room, early check out at 11am and reception in another building 25 meters away. Not convenient to ask questions such as problems in rooms.

Better than expected hotel, Would stay there again but come by car instead of train...

Nice comfortable hotel with a good restaurant/pub. Good food in the evening and excellent breakfast

Location is around 15 minutes from town. Also hotel is completely separate to pub but the reception is in the pub???

Our third stay in a basic but decent place.

Bed linen, comfort of the mattress, easy to find and park

Shower and bath water were tepid at best. Staff were all a bit rushed.

The evening meals were great. The staff were friendly but very stretched.

Very understaffed which led to very long waits for evening drinks. Breakfast was disappointing as they had ran out of many items on the 1st morning. The cooked breakfast was also very oily.

Lovely enjoyable stay and would stay again.

Location was good and rooms very quiet. Rooms were good, albeit basic but comfortable. Breakfast was eaten in the pub and was a nice sufficient menu and not to much choice but plenty to chose from. Actual rooms were in an adjacent building to the pub but only a 1 minute stroll away.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and only thing I would suggest is putting mugs in the room instead of cups and to have all the coffee, tea, sugar etc in separate containers rather than just have in the cups and having to take them out and just put all on the top when having a drink.
