Location. Breakfast was not available when we booked but plenty to be found very close.

Bed was very comfortable
I don't like dogs around where you are cooking or or in the dining area. The Breakfast could have been a lot better
4.3
Wonderful interior. No need for T.V. with all the visuals going on! Great atmosphere. Very comfortable bed. Slept really well.
I thought breakfast didn't quite match up to the house. Pached eggs overdone and toast not great quality.

Our overnight stay in Charlemount House was a lovely family experience. Charlemont House is a charming period house right in the centre of Moy town. The breakfast was wonderful Ulster fair.
Julianne is a wonderful and extremely helpful hostess. I would highly recommend staying there if you plan to stay in the Moy. Dr. Anthony Sharkey

there’s nothing to not like.

Quirky property and lovely clean spacious room. Very antique and charming. Bed comfortable and room was quiet even on a Friday/Saturday night. The housekeeper lady was very attentive and provided a lovely cooked breakfast. A great place to base for the north coast and it's in village location. Tomneys bar is a must for any visitor and is owned by the same guys. Will return

Breakfast was amazing! Location is central to shopping, dining and evening entertainment. (Walking distance) Quiet little village with lots of charm. Property had a beautiful “hidden” garden that simply feeds your soul! Lovely place. I won’t stay anywhere else when I am in the area.
There is nothing I didn’t like. Even though our room faced the street, I did not hear anything to disturb my sleep.

Moy was a pleasant village so the outlook from the window was nice.
The breakfast staff were friendly.
We did not appreciate having our luggage and bits and pieces in our hands then finding a note on the door that we needed to go along the street to either the antique store or one of the pubs to find the owner and obtain the keys to the front door and room.
We didn't like that the WiFi was weak and unreliable in our 1st floor room, and after getting into bed found that the TV did not work. After messaging the owner she came around 9.45pm to fix it and had to swap it for another.
We didn't like the loose floorboards in the narrow space by the bed that made a horrendous noise when stepped on.

The house was beautifully filled with antique furniture and paitings. Very clean and quaint. A pleasant atmosphere. Bed very comfortable (not antique). Easy to get to. In a very nice village. Parking immediately outside. We arrived at an odd hour and we were able to get keys very readily.
Given the style of the accomodation nothing much could be changed. Perhaps someone expecting a modern facility would be disappointed but then they wouldn't appreciate the decore.

We had a large room with a very comfortable bed.... free parking outside the front of the property....situated in the centre of Moy , within easy travel distance to M1 Belfast and the ferry ports.
Last but not least was the pleasant informative greeting from the happy chatty host
Nothing comes to mind

excellent place to stay

great location for a work stop over
4.3
Comfortable rooms, easy access to local amenities, everything worked as it should. Great contact from host.
Some minor work needed to bathroom, not unexpected as have stayed in other hotels and 5 star resorts in last 6 months and everyone in the industry has suffered with 2 years lockdown and lack of funds to maintain to their normal standards. I am sure any minor issues will be resolved now that business has improved
4.3
Spacious
Dining room was small and dark.
No parking space when we arrived
4.3
Great place to stay handy for local bars
4.3
Breakfast was at my request a voucher at the mot larder I had to pay an extra 11 pounds to get a smallish breakfast. The voucher was 6.50 each. I thought this was minimal given that the 2 night stay cost £220
The breakfast voucher and the room was dusty cobwebs etc

Location was good, very central in Moy. Breakfast at local cafe (see other comments about breakfast) was excellent.
We saw no-one during our whole stay - key was left at local bar and the place was empty when we left the next morning. I was contacted shortly before arriving and told that breakfast was at 9am, no other time offered. We did take up the option of vouchers for local cafe Brew and this was excellent but we ended up paying the difference. Room was in serious need of maintenance and decorating - loose sockets, bathroom door wouldn't shut and wallpaper peeling from the walls.

Very convenient location.
Lovely breakfast
Communal toilet facilities poor no wash hand basin in toilet.
Bedroom could do with a face-lift

Everything was at high level
