Okay experience but won’t be back !

Clean and modern

The hotel receptionist kept calling to see what time we would check in ( we had a function close by and it finished late). Had a jug of water but no bottles of water in the fridge. We got a balcony suite with no undercover shelter. We got rained on! Paid $$$ for a holiday inn basically. Other than that it was clean

Exceptional and welcoming

Amazing layout of the suite, super comfy beds and they even did something special for my 1st Anniversary. 10/10 would recommend!!

Good hotel!

The hotel is new and good!! All the staff are friendly most specially the receptionist ! I do love all but i was cant for get all the receptionist who always great and help us always! Great job guy! Highly recommend to all my friends will come to Sydney! I probably come back!

Rude Manager!!!!

a very rude and unfriendly manager with no behaviour whatsoever. my wife had her vaccination proof on paper from the GP and the manager did not want to allow her to stay because he said it had to be validated by NSW Health and that it’s fake. what a rude manager with a big behaviour!! stay away from this place!!

Long weekend in Syney

We chose Zara apartments for the excellent location as we didn't want to hire a car and it didn't disappoint. We were able to comfortably walk to the Museum, NSW Art Gallery, Botanical Gardens, Darlinghurst and Chinatown. Museum train station was also a short walk and only two stations from Circular Quay. There are many options nearby for meals, from grocery shops to takeaway to very good restaurants, all within walking distance. The price was competitive with other similar accommodation in the area we wanted. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very well equipped, comfortable and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful and we really appreciated this. We highly recommend Zara apartments.

Easy access to city, very good location. Rooms are huge and kitchen has most of the stuff available that you need if you plan to cook your own meal. Rooms get cleaned everyday and they replenish everything in kitchen. Lot of properties don’t do cleaning in everyday basis.

Parking provided by property is very expensive. They should consider if a guest is staying in house so some discount in parking. Bathroom and room flooring is made of concrete which may need to be polished or have some more carpet area in lounge and bedroom area.

Lovely hotel with very comfortable room.

Beautiful and clean room with excellent features. Really comfortable bed and bath was lovely.

The room was a touch too warm for us. We like to sleep in a cool room. Couldn’t seem to get the air con to go any lower.

시드니를 걸어서다닐수 있는 최고의 위치

직원들이 매우 친절하고 매일 청소해주는 점이 좋고 주방시설과 장비가 충분해 가족이 음식을 해먹기에 편리하고 세탁기,건조기등이 있어 생활이 매우 편리합니다. 위치가 매우 좋아 대중교통 이용이 편리하고 쇼핑몰,마트등이 바로 근처에 있어 불편함이 없고 거의 모든 명소를 걸어다닐만할 정도로 최적의 장소입니다. 집근처에 아름다운 하이드파크가 있는건 정말 행운입니다.

대부분 매우 청결하지만 청소팀에따라 바닥청소가 잘 안될때가 있었습니다. 옆호텔 벽이 보이는 창문뷰가 아쉬워 룸선택시 뷰 언급을 하는게 좋을듯합니다.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Excellent housekeeping and very friendly team on reception.

Locations was perfect. No car needed as public transport was minutes away and most places walkable

The perfect staying

Nice reception, good location, resonable price and great facilities. If you will stay in Sydney with your family, there is no other choice except Zara. So I booked this stay again for the second visit to Sydney. I'm really looking forward the next stay!

Sooo schön und unvergleichlich. Wohnen in einem Designerloft. Bezahlbarer Luxus.

Großzügiges sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Luxus-Appartement. Küche super eingerichtet. Total bequemes Bett. Große Kissenauswahl. Personal an der Rezeption immer nett und aufmerksam. Gute Lage, in Fußnähe zum Zentrum und zur Bahn.

Excellent location, clea, super nice staff only downside was noise

Location, staff were helpful and friendly

Noise outside our apartment was so loud, right next to other buildings ac units, so lots of noise, especially in bedroom, so made it hard to sleep. Windows needs to be double glazed to reduce the noise

Just lovely-

Absolutely perfect location to get to everything. Comfortable beds.

Fresh milk in the room and a TV in the main bedroom. Buiding works (cant be helped but were loud.)

My stay was what I had expected very nice hotel great friendly staff my room was always cleaned and bed was made by the staff at Zara. I have no regrets would definetly stay again but i will this time try to get a room with a much better view.

Excellent location for quality week long city vacation.

Very smart, modern and comfortable layout. Good quality furnishings.

Television, could not screen mirror. 2% debit card charge. Said charge was for credit cards but also charged on debit card transaction.

The room was spacious and clean and the hotel was within walking distance of a lot of the attractions

The sheets kept coming loose on the bed and falling down during the night, exposing the mattress protector.

Wonderful stay at Zara Tower. Great location with friendly staff.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Location was very convenient. Room was spacious with living and dining areas as well as well equipped kitchen. Bed was comfy.

Floors were stone, not fully carpeted, given it's winter was quite cold. Light switches were a bit confusing.
