Fantastic Hotel close to all public transport and lovely location by Hyde Park

Quite frankly we really could not fault this hotel. Having never been to Sydney before, we were completely in the dark as to where to stay. Song Hotel is handy to all public transportation but not too far away from Circular Quay, only 5 mins by bus. From the moment we checked in we were very happy. All the staff were super friendly, always a smile and always happy to assist in any way. Our room was spotless, quiet and had a nice balcony and serviced to the same standard daily. The bed was very comfy. Breakfast was very very good with choices to satisfy everyone and plenty of it too. Normally we don't eat in hotels but their cafe/restaurant is so welcoming we had a drink there at happy hour most nights and ate there a few times for dinner...... We celebrated my birthday and our anniversary and the staff in the bar presented us with 2 glasses of bubbles. What a lovely touch. When the airline cancelled our return flight home meaning we had to stay an extra night the reception were more than helpful and although the hotel was mainly full we were allowed to stay where we were which was a relief. Overall, we would totally recommend this hotel and we will look no further when we return to Sydney in the future.

Slight issue with the internet which was not secure We only got bigger bath towels in the last few days, the other days the towels were a little small. Not a bigger but it was nice to be able to wrap the towel around

Good location but If your room is not to your liking Change it

The property was in easy reach of public transport which enabled us to get out to the blue mountains as well as the opera house, bridge and ferries around the harbour. Our changed room was much improved.

We had to change room as the level of noise from ducting was excessive. The room had bare concrete on the ceiling and was so tight for space that doors couldn’t be put on cupboards. Breakfast for vegetarians was uninspiring.

Très bon hôtel pour séjourner à Sydney

Le Song Hotel Sydney est un excellent choix pour les voyageurs visitant Sydney, il offre une atmosphère tranquille, les chambres sont bien isolées phoniquement. Pour ceux qui souhaitent visiter des sites d'intérêt populaires lors de leur voyage à Sydney, l'hôtel est situé à proximité de Queen Victoria Building et à 0,8 kmSydney Tower Eye Observation Deck . A deux pas du St James park. Les chambres disposent d'une télévision à écran plat, de la climatisation et d'un réfrigérateur. Il est possible de se connecter à Internet grâce à la connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. Le Song Hotel Sydney propose une réception ouverte 24h/24, une bagagerie et un café. Petit déjeuner buffet excellent disponible sur place.

Overall my stay was lovely - you have to look at the corridor comemorating inspirational women.

Location was perfect. Close to Museum Station, Easy walk to and from. Rooms were clean, bed super comfy, set up perfect for one or two people (micro room), nice and modern decor. Comfortable.

The walk through a firedoor to get to the wing where rooms was. Sensor light on the door so hallway was dark until you walked through the door.

Location And the lovely room scent you could smell as you walked in and around the halls.

Excellent valua for money in a convent CBD location.

Great location and communication. The Song Hotel exceeded my expectations. This hotel gets a lot of things right, including the small details in the bedroom. You’ll be hard pushed to find better value for money proposition this central ninth CBD. Highly recommended.

WOW a great hotel to stay in thr CBD

WOW this is the first time we have stayed here. It is so close to Museum Station in the CBD, 5 minutes, and the hotel was fantastic. Rooms were very clean, very quiet & spacious, the price was reasonable and the breakfast so good. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here in Sydney. See you next time.

excellent emplacement, proche du centre-ville, de Chinatown, de Darling Harbour, des commerces, pas trop loin de Circular Quay ; station de métro "museum" à une centaine de mètres, nombreux bus propreté des lieux petit-déjeuner buffet assez bon

un grand lit occupe toute la chambre ; il y a bien une chaise... coincée entre le lit et la fenêtre... et empêchant le passage ! j'aurais aimé avoir ne serait-ce qu'une petite tablette pour écrire (certaines chambres auraient un bureau ?), j'ai dû me contenter de mes genoux !

Très agréable

L'emplacement proche de Hyde Park est très central, très proche de la station Museum et de plusieurs arrêts de bus qui permet de circuler dans la ville facilement. A pied Circular Quay se trouve à 25 min en marchant bien. En bus la plage de Bondi se trouve à 35 min. Très facile de s'y rendre. Le fauteuil dans la chambre très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et le restaurant aussi !

Le seul point que j'ai trouvé dommage est d'avoir un tabouret pour le petit bureau. Pas très confortable pour travailler sur un PC. Malgré tout, j'ai quand même pu travailler !

Great stay!

The location was convenient. There was a convenience store round the corner and walkable to CBD. We booked a corner deluxe and there was plenty of space without any crowding. Room was well equipped and bed was super comfortable that we get solid sound sleep. Service was great whenever we put in a request as it was delivered very promptly. Despite being near the intersection, we didn't have any trouble with traffic noise. Breakfast spread was decent and sufficient. The staff at the breakfast are super fast worker and it was such a joy to see them quickly doing their work. 5 minutes (downhill) to the Museum train station and near Hyde Park. There was also a water dispenser (with different temperature) at the lobby which was really convenient.

Long wait at coffee machine during breakfast. Maybe could add on another coffee machine :) No hand bidet in the toilet (guess this is normal for Australian washroom). We got a theme room, not very sure how we felt about it ;)

All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Song Hotel was in the perfect location for travelling to the OCT. We just hopped on the train, a couple of stops and we were there.

Room was bit small, but we did book a micro double room so to be expected.

Excellent location and value for money

Excellent location, friendly staff, and the new rooms are lovely. Comfortable bed, and everything you could need including an iron and a hair straightener. Very good value for money. Will stay here again.

Don't take kids or go when it's raining. Expect no help.

Clean. Comfy bed.

No parking in hotel. No care that it was torrential rain and had child in pram. No consideration for anyone's varied needs. Asked for QR code to order food and told to look around room and if can't find it they can't help me. Had no helpful responses from staff when asking any questions. Lack of care. Lift wouldn't come up for ages until kind cleaner helped.

Fine for a one nighter if you have an event, but for $315, I won’t be staying here again.

Had a good location, close to cafes, bars and restaurants. Good walking distance from the museum and the Domain.

The walls were so thin, we could hear the couple in the next room through the night. The room was quite small and low ceilings.
