Very friendly very clean well presented fantastic breakfast with lots off choice.A quite area. Nice walk on front off beach in minutes.Center and beach easy accessible.
4.7
Excellent central location, some parking available, car park nearby £5.00 till 10 am next day if unable to park at hotel,
Very welcoming staff, excellent breakfast with lots of choice if you continental to the cooked breakfast that was very nice,
Nice clean comfortable room,
Only one thing that I would like to mention simply to bring it to the attention of person responsible for maintanence,
No hot water from sink tap,
Slight inconvenience having to boil kettle to get a shave.
4.7
The room was excellent and the en suite spacious, clen and with a good shower. The breakfast exceeded expectations and was plentiful. The entrance hall was a little bland and not welcoming but the staff on duty more than made up for that.
The entrance lobby could have a warmer touch and more signage.
4.7
Well equipped, quiet, modern clean room with all the facilities. Wonderful breakfast and attentive, friendly service.
That I only got to spend one night there! 😉

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good plenty of choices.
Although the bathroom was a lovely size. The shower let it down. Very poor water pressure.
Small radiator for the size of the room not very warm

The location was fantastic, we met a lovely gentleman from Slovenia upon check in who was lovely. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
4.7
Bright comfortable room with good facilities including large fllat screen tv , fridge and fan.plenty of tea , coffee etc ,large ensuite and a parking space although limited.
The shower head was dirty , the blind in the ensuite when lowered was mouldy and the cold water tap only trickled out.
The breakfast room was very small and guests were crammed in making it uncomfortable.
The breakfast waitress appearance was poor and needs to smarten up.
It would be nice to have the option of room only.

Staff were great and couldn’t do enough. Breakfast was lovely as you get continental but then can have scrambled or boiled gigs with toast too

The staff could not have been more helpful, they made our visit - especially, Ross. Breakfast was excellent and they more than adequately catered for Gluten free needs. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable room with a great set of facilities - very well appointed.

I usually stay at the Premier Inn when in the area, however this hotel is a must from now on. The staff are fantastic, rooms very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great too. Every boxed is ticked! The lady at reception also gave me a great tip for local food The Fisherman's Arms.
I am not a fan of Electric Showers, but understand that they are the best solution for hotels like this.

Friendly, helpful staff and quick check in. Room had lovely little extras such as proper glasses, little chocolate gift, good selection of tea and coffee, smart TV with Netflix etc available. Excellent continental breakfast with the option of eggs and baked beans if you wanted them.

Knew the location was very good before our stay , the courtesy and made to feel welcome , how professional all the staff were , nothing to much trouble , you felt comfortable engaging in a conversation with any member of staff

Room was spacious and very clean. Shower / bathroom was spotlessly clean too. Coukdnt fault the cleanliness and location whatsoever.
Breakfast was included but there was no full english breakfast option presented to us. Just egg on toast (no fried egg option either) or beans on toast. It was very disappointing given the price paid for a 2 night break.

great location in cleethorpes, easy walk to the front
dusty in corners, attention to detail needs to be attended too. and there was water system or something as it dripped or knocked all wkend and couldn’t really sleep because of it and became really annoying.
4.7
Very friendly hosts. Lovely hotel, in a great place.
4.7
Very clean and staff friendly. Loved having all the extras on the tv as we were there for more a relaxed weekend. Would definitely come again as so convenient.
Nothing really bit loud people smoking outside early in the morning as we were on the bottom floor but that's not really the hotels problem.
4.7
very clean, reception staff very polite friendly and welcoming
nothing to dislike

the seafront location is amazing and the staff we spoke to were lovely, overall we had a fantastic experience. The room was a good size as was the en suite.
Parking was a bit of problem, they have a car park with 5 spaces and as they stated it’s first come first serve but other than the (busy) street there’s really no where else to go. We had to drive round for a while until somewhere opened up for us to park. We were also told when we arrived and paid that booking.com takes quite a large percent so to call the hotel directly next time.
