Great location and bathroom, lacks in every other aspect. Not worth the money

The location was lovely. The renovated bathrooms were great.

The room looked like it was mid renovation. The description for the view from the room was not accurate. The bedding had an unusual smell, and there were some suspicious stains on the blankets. Two bedroom apartment was just two previously adjoining rooms. $420 per night is too much.

The little things go a long way sometimes like having enough soap in the room.

Excellent location

There was only one measly cake of soap in our room with 2 adults and one child. My son and wife could not shower ion the morning of our check out.

Very happy overall found phone service with both Optus and Telstra poor in the entire area of Jervis

Located in an ideal location Restaurant attached was fantastic

Not that it can be helped due to being an older motel but would have liked a bigger bathroom

Location is perfect. Ordering drinks to our room was a great service. Beds were pretty good.

Shower took a while to get hot and the bathroom got quite wet.

Was very comfortable, clean and awesome location

Everything was good apart from other people in hotel being very loud until late at night , I had a 7 year old and a 9 year old that was scared amd couldn't sleep due to other people being loud in hotel well after 10 o'clock at night which isn't fair . Otherwise it was awesome. Great location , clean as and so comfy. Was only the fact that others in the hotel were allowed to make noise and be silly until late at night that would stop me from coming back as I don't want my girls being scared to stay somewhere , especially when it cost 356 a night which is half my weekly mortgage. I go away to relax not have kids awake scared .

Very poor personal interaction. They were in the office while you are expected to process the payment and get the key externally. The set up was poorly set up and not easy to follow or instructions clear. The key delivery was down above your ankle where you wouldn’t expect it to be. When l knocked to ask for help the attitude was was close to sneering by the young ‘lady’. I was given a disabled room next to a noisy laundry. There was a barrier between the car park and your room so you had to drag luggage a fair distance to the room. There was no verbal response when l was handed a second key for another appropriate room after l had knocked on the office door to request one.

Location is perfect. A short 20 min drive to Booderee National park. Room was very clean, bed comfy.

TV size was on the small size. On rainy days needed a bigger screen to make it comfy cosy.

I wont be staying in hotels where they pre approve a sum on your credit card and then it take ages for them to give it back to you! I was in Australia, not my country and by the time they gave me back the money, I was already back in New Zealand, not being able to spend or use that money, in stead I had to exchange more money, all because this hotel pre approves an amount from your card and you cant use it until they give it back to you, which took ages!

Location is excellent but overall very expensive for what it was.

Nice view from the room. Basic but comfortable room.

Our 4 year old daughter stood on a rusty nail. Told reception and emailed but didn’t even get an apology. Thankfully it didn’t pierce the skin.
