The location of the property was quite good. I easily and quickly connected with the contact person about the property. Parking was also good.
it was suite, there were cups and table for kitchen stuff but there were no sink for using the area properly. There were no air-condition, fans were not sufficient. There were no hand towel for using, only two bath towers. The-Wifi was very very poor and we couldn't use. The bed was not comfortable, it made a lot of noise when moved. Overall I paid 40% more in Easter Friday, only for less than 24 hours but I paid too much for this experience. I would not to stay at this property again and not recommend to my friends.

Location was perfect, next to main shops and facilities

This accomodation was considerably overpriced.
The glasses and wok were dirty in the cupboard.
There was a false claim that tea and coffee facilities were available, as there was no coffee, tea or milk or any kind.
The floor was sticky.
The cleaning is required by guests or you are required to pay extra.
The toilet roll holder fell off the wall.

The area
The fact that I haven't been refunded my deposit 5 days after my stay.... was meant to be 3 to 5 business days and I still haven't recieved my funds

It was self contained which is what I wanted and in a convenient location, close enough to the town to walk to shops and cafes and an easy walk to the beach. It was quiet at this time of year and a convenient base to go for day trips around Jervis Bay.
It was a little chilly at night as the heater was a little too small for the space.

We happened to be the only guests at the time of our stay (the studio is at the rear of the main house). The property was clean, the bathroom was an ample size, there was designated off street parking, it was easy to come and go, and it was a quiet neighbourhood (although we stayed in Winter/off peak season).
The mattress was a little too soft, the bedframe made noise everytime someone moved around/rolled over, the bed could've been made for our arrival (it was advised "unmade to indicate clean/non prior use"), and I think post-departure cleaning should've been included in the price.

It was clean and close to the beach.
No heating or cooling, no foxtel, and I had to make the bed when I got there. Pretty Average.

beautiful location, helpful staff, great value

it was close to the centre of town
The beds were below a standard of anything I’ve slept on ever . I called mine the spine raper! I needed visit to the chiropractor after my holiday- I have a back injury and work on my feet all day .. maybe the low value mattress should have been mentioned considering how many conversations there were with the owner about us being clean and not disrespectful a decent mattress goes a long way! also No aircon at all just two fans one slightly wobbly.

The location was good
The Wi-Fi was nearly non existent. The air conditioning was a pedestal fan. The sofa was very basic. Had to make the bed with the sheets and pillow covers. Pay extra to have the property cleaned or do it yourself. TV reception was very poor. Then there is no host only on the end of the phone and if I read the terms and conditions right if you need someone out of hours you have to pay.

easy communication and good apartment.
some dishes were dirty.
4.0 / 10.0
Off street parking and proximity to town and beaches.
$500 bond, 4pm check in, clean it yourself or face a $60+ additional cleaning fee (should have been spelled out up front), room faces west and was like a sauna when we arrived, took forever to cool down, bed uncomfortable, lounge terribly uncomfortable. And, we had to make our own bed up! Sorry, I don’t normally have a whinge but people need to know what they are spending their hard-earned cash on.

A really nice and casual stay in a beautiful, safe and quiet spot. I couldn't possibly refuse the value for money at Husky House. Everything was exceptional. The owner was friendly and the facilities were good.
If you want a five star hotel this isn't the place for you. But if you just want a nice quiet studio to stay in for a few days this place is perfect.

Owner is fraud. beware before booking this property.
Don’t share your personal information only deal in cash.check below for reason.
As per this house policy you can not bring your friends even in the house premises. Even if you invite any one to pick up or to drop off inside the property they would be considered unauthorised visitor.
If you do so they will deduct as much they want from your deposit.
If you argue with them, they can use your card details to take out the money even after one month.
So please never share card details with this owner, they may tourture you.
I have clear evidence that landlord try to deduct the amount from my bank account after one month because I have raised a query on the amount deducted from the security deposit.
About the property
Not a good one to stay, well behind the main road. If it rains it is very difficult to reach. Just avoid there lot more beautiful houses in the locality.

close to Huskisson restaurants and beach
Had to make own beds and remove bedding to avoid more cleaning fees. At $500 per night it should be part of the package. If the property isn’t cleaned and extra fee will be charged.
