Nice and friedly hotel with a great view

Nice room with a great view of the square from our balcony, there is even a live pianist on Thursday evenings. We felt very comfortable, the breakfast was also delicious.

The bathroom was new and updated

The real to wall carpeting in the room. Room was funky. Terrible breakfast. You have to pay for a nice coffee

The location, style of the room

Breakfast Dishes: the dishes during breakfast were not as clean as expected. While I understand that managing a breakfast service for many guests can be challenging, I believe that maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness is crucial for guest satisfaction. Room Amenities: nothing to drink in the room, at least a bottle of water should be provided as no kettle Room Condition: the floor in my room seemed old and not as clean as we had hoped, definitely to freshen up

Very good

Fabulous location to wander the old town and reach every restaurant and beach by foot. Our square was quieter and much nicer than the main square next door. On our Thurs evening a band played at the hotel and the whole piazza rocked!

Our room was very tiny for €170 per night.

Pleasant , good location, overpriced

I thought I was in a hotel however it was in the building next door . The main door was always left open which is a security risk, light in stairwell not working and no phone to reception. The property was very run down except the bathroom. It was very basic and did not reflect the picture I was sent. Very expensive for what it was. Breakfast was quite good.

Perfect - would highly recommend

Very lovely stay off peak tourist season.

Perfect location in the centre of town, it's also 50m away from an underground car park with which the hotel has a deal: €20/night, which in the region is a deal! One of the oldest Antibes hotels, it's nonetheless been well renovated, the staff are lovely, the breakfast decent and the rooms comfortable.

Nothing! though it might be worth repainting/checking a few small things that are ageing... but nothing that prevents from having a lovely stay. Off peak season this is the perfect place to stay.

amazing place to stay in Antibe

they have a really comfortable bed and large room. the hotels is located in the center, with a nice few of the square I ask for a kettles and they provided it. I was really happy about it.

is just my preference: they could provide little samples of shampoo and conditioner in the cabin and on the top of the toilet mirror will be nice to have a extra light.

An excellent overnight stay but may be too noisy for a stay of a whole week.

Location couldn't be better. Breakfast excellent.

The only problem was that you could hear the other residents. Noise easily reverberated around the building. I could even hear the man next door snoring.

Good value in spite of the small size.

The location was excellent. The parking policy was very good - $20 for the entire stay in the public parking garage.

The room was really tiny and especially the bathroom was small. The elevator was also tiny and we had to make multiple trips to get baggage up.

excellent location, great deal!

awesome location right in old town Antibes with easy walk to tons of restaurants. delicious breakfast buffet with fruits, breads, jams, hard boiled eggs and coffee. great view over square from room with small balcony to sit out on!

room is on the smaller side. elevator only fits one person/bags at a time
