The staff were very friendly and welcoming, they attended to our needs to the best of their ability! The location is great and the place is clean.
The duration taken to prepare the breakfast. The restaurant offers a very simple breakfast menu however, the waiting period is long.

great location just off the Main Street in Ubud. Close to all amenities. With nice green views from the rooms
Really dishevelled, quite dirty. The place looked like it hadn't been touched by any maintenance staff fro a while. Bare electric wires in our room which I had to warn our kids about, luckily they are old enough to take on board stuff like that.
Cleaning was very poor, both as a general data to day thing but also a deeper clean in the rooms.
It really needs a top t bottom overhaul.
Food was poor despite on ly being breakfast, not sure about kitchen hygiene I watched one guy hand cleaning cutlery with out soap or what looked like any hot water.
Pool was very cloudy so the kids wouldn't go in, we have seen this before inn other places in Indonesia so its possibly some kind of pool sterilising thing they use but given the state of the rest of the place we didn't risk it.

This place is such great value for money it’s hard to believe. Comfortable stay for a crazy price. Staff helped us with everything we needed.

Very good location in the center of Ubud. The room is big and has a great ceiling fan. The balcony was also nice. The breakfast was pretty good, like in most hotels - eggs, toast an fruit.
Unfortunately on our second night we had a mouse/rat in our room. We left some fruit on the desk and that probably attracted the rat. We slept the night in a different room and the staff looked for the rat in our room.
The towels and tea cups could be cleaner. The standard for that was pretty low.

Great location
Bathrooms were not the cleanest. Old towels need replacing.

Location was perfect, around 150 metres from the Monkey forest, shops all around and forest, was perfect, basic breakfast to get us going in morning, great massage places in allyway leading to motel, staff were lovely.
Not much we didn't like, can't even think of anything we did not like.
3.0
Good value for money. Spacious room and nice pool facilities.
There was no hot water for our entire 4 night stay. The wifi was also very weak and frequently didn’t work. We were sick and were woken up by the staff singing and screaming at 7am and each morning we found cigarettes in our ashtray meaning someone had come and put them out on our balcony.

Good location, big suites, near center
Small breakfast, but good

Great location!
We had a leak directly one night on to our bed, and upon arrival we had to ask for fresh sheets as they were dirty.

Received great service, special thanks to Desak and Isma for their kindness

good location, nice ambiance. a lot of greenery and pool. spacious room and bathroom, nice terrace
the bed sheets were very old, smelly. the walls were in mold. the lights were very poor

The location - felt like you were in the jungle
Very quiet even though we were in the busy part
The rooms always smelled clean and fresh each day
Expect a lot of bugs if you stay on the ground floor accommodation!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money at this time of year. Nice position near the river and close to town. Very nice gardens kept very tidy.
I would stay there again despite it being a bit old and, painted walls were peeling in some places, and the grout was quite mouldy.

Out the front of accomodation are amazing massage spas and at the end of the driveway are eateries, bars and shopping. Short stroll to markets and monkey forest. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast yummy
Midgies will get you lol.. can't leave anything food wise out of the fridge or food wrappers in bin or the ants will come marching. A few stairs to climb if you get the rooms up the back, still nice rooms though. Upstairs rooms have a bush view.

Perfect location in the centre of Ubud. A very pleasant microlocation with a pool next to the creek. Very comfortable bed. Spacious room with balcony. Very clean. Nice staff - thank you Desak, Gita and Isma, we felt like home away from home!

Gita, Dessa and staff could not do enough to help and assist in anything. Super friendly, lovely staff. Great breakfast. I loved my room, it was spacious, comfortable clean and peaceful with the sounds of the forest and hearing the stream below lulling me to sleep every night. Lovely hidden spot of quiet away from the main street but close to everything needed. Will definitely be back to stay again!

Very friendly stuff if you ask anything they always try to help you in their best way possible, the breakfast is good, location is very centrally and the pool area is beautiful. The room is big and the balcony is also very nice.
Unfortunately all the towels were dirty with brown spots on it, the shower was not getting warm in the evening, the bathroom/bathtube is very old.
