Not amazing but not terrible

Cheap, good beds and clean room. Easy access/check in

Bathroom was BAD! Broken tiles, shower rail ripped off, screeching exhaust fan that comes on with the light and louvre windows which made it freezing. Walls very thin so can hear every time the people in surrounding rooms rolled over in bed or turned on their taps

We caught up with an old friend who had not seen for forty years, that was the best part.

The room was adequate,

Location was noisy. And there was a serious plumbing problem, whenever someone in any of the unit turn on a tap, it Was very loud when you are trying to sleep.

Comfortable well located place to stay.

Well located walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Easy parking and good wifi.

Shower needed a curtain to prevent splashing onto bathroom floor.

Centrally located and affordable - all you need for a brief overnight stay in Orange.

The hotel is centrally located. It is most affordable and has all the necessary amenities required for a short overnight stay.

There was no door on the shower and the soap holder was damaged/non existent.

Excellent value for basic accom/walking distance to Main Street.

Interior/beds were clean/fresh.

Carpets needing cleaning. Noisy in the evening.

The bathroom floor was dirty and wet the carpet outside the bathroom was saturated,the room smelt of smoke the bathroom shower was constantly dripping.

Disappointed, we won't be returning.

There was no breakfast available when I booked.

As a retired commercial cleaning manager I was not impressed with the overall state of the room. The carpet was stained through out the room , no shower curtain or door ,so water goes everywhere, the inside of toilet bowl had not been cleaned as there was a film in the bowl, nowhere to put clothes in bathroom, no cutlery,dishes or kitchen sink, had to fill kettle from bathroom handbasin. Blinds not wide enough to cover window completely. Door doesn't seal,wind howling through. No rubbish bin in main room. The ceiling had paint over the whole ceiling peeling. The cleaners were very pleasant and accommodating. The biggest issue we had was that the parking situation was a free for all. We struggled everytime we went out to find a parking spot when we returned. It seemed everyone used the carpark whether they had booked a room or not. One particular car was parked outside our room for over 24hrs with no-one seen to come back to the car in that time.

Great location and but needs a lot of work.

Location was great, very central. Bed was what you would expect for the price.

Property very run down and shower leaked continuously making the bathroom floor constantly wet. It also ran out onto the carpet.

Good location

We stayed here previously and was expecting to stay in the same units again. However, a few new units have been added so we were allocated one of these. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The units are situated in a quiet street and within walking distance to shops.

No table and chairs, toaster, hair dryer, crockery or cutlery. However, there were disposable cups and spoons.

No wifi code left in the contactless arrival, email said to call the pub so walked up and found the best pub and Thai meal ever.

Price and location are as good as you can get!

location was perfect. Close to the centre of town. The staff were great.

Didn’t receive our check in information and didn’t have any way of contacting the caretaker if we didn’t approach other residents in the unit block. The instructions to get into the unit once received could be made clearer. Paint on the ceiling was flaking off.
