La mida de l'habitació era àmplia.

L'aparcament no està al mateix establiment, està a uns 5 minuts caminant, una mica lluny. Encara que no sembla perillosa la zona està plena de sales de joc i prostitució. L'esmorzar se serveix amb comanda prèvia a un establiment al costat.

Great location, near the train station and the sun moon lake buses. Spacious room (no window). Nice place to visit the city center and continue the trip to the sun moon lake

The kids play area was fantastic!

Great place to stay with kids! They loved the play area set up in our room. You can tell the toys are well-used, but that didn't bother my littles. They do provide a crib but the mattress was uncomfortable so I used our portable crib instead. Breakfast is at a cafe right next to the hotel, but it was salad and noodles. Tasted okay, but not what we were expecting. Wouldn't necessarily pay extra for it when there are excellent Taiwanese breakfast places nearby. Good location nearby key tourist sites. Beds weren't terribly comfortable, but nothing to complain about. Overall enjoyed our stay and the kids area made it all worth it!

The parking situation is a bit annoying. It's a parking garage about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel will provide you with a hand written note that you give to an attendant to exit the garage without paying. When we were trying to leave, there was no attendant. It took 40 minutes to figure out who to give the note to in order to exit the parking garage, and my husband speaks fluent Chinese. It would have been better if we had used public transit.

spacious room and very comfortable bed. staff were very accommodating and helpful

not soundproof; could hear a little bit of noise from the other room and outside. but the noise were bearable and doesn’t cause too much disturbance.

Good location with bad breakfast for appropriate money

Actually, there are almost no complaints about the place: clean space, enough amenities, friendly English speaking personnel, good location. They also provide bikes (but not very comfortable if your height is more than 180 cm).

Breakfast - better not to include it: it's only a sandwich with no choice of drinks. And the quality of the sandwich is far from good. It may suit only if somebody wants to eat a lot of bread: one part of my sandwich was tasty and the second contained no filling, only bread. And a slight warning: do not wait until the exact checkout time - only one elevator which can carry 4 persons will lead to wait 10-15 minutes if you live somewhere on the 5th or 6th floors.

Will definitely come back again if I have to visit Taichung next time. Value for money.

Location is good. Bed is comfortable.

They won’t auto do cleaning up the room unless you have to inform them. But we only stay for 2 nights so it’s ok.

The room was spacious and clean.

We had to ask for the password of Wifi which is not shown in the room or on the keychain. They denied to rent us their bike at night (they said it's dangerous to ride it without the headlight). 70% of their TV channel is from China, PRC.
