Good for a short stay

Location, very convenient and close to everything, facilities were clean

The kids were super happy, but my 1.85 meters husband less happy due to space constraints in the room

Good

Good location, great staff - they are all super nice. The room was enough for this trip.

We were on the 8th floor and was told it is smoke-free. But we kept smelling cigarette. The floor also smells mildewy. Maybe it is just too much humidity.

Upon check in staff was very unfriendly and don’t bother to help us with the luggage when 3 of them saw us struggling.

MINI hotels Taichung is a great place to stay, easily accessible and well located.

The room was affordable and comfortable. Few hotels offer an option for a 6-person room so I was delighted to see that this one did. It was enough space for my group of 5 and the double decker beds were a fun feature. The decor and design of both the room and hotel is cute and clever. A great place to stay with friends. Furthermore the staff were helpful and patient to explain the payment and booking process. I ordered a birthday decor package for the room to celebrate my friend’s birthday. It was pretty and well done up. A great surprise for my friend!

Triple room is very small for 3 people. No enough space to put luggage.

Will definitely be back again.

Perfect location; near amenities but yet quiet environment. Taichung Train Station is 7 mins walk away. Taroko mall is 4mins walk away & 7-11/Family Mart are all super near. Room looks exactly like the photo but a bit small for family of 6. Toilet is clean with washlet but ventilation is not so good. If anyone poop then the smell will fill the whole room.

Very good

Amazing location, friendly and efficient staff, quick check -in and super cute rooms/decorations. They're also quite environment-conscious. There was a lovely rooftop terrace where we could sit and watch the sunset.

The towels had stains on them, I guess there's only so much bleach can do.

Exceptional

We got the stay which included breakfast. The breakfasts were great with quite a good spread. The breakfasts actually saved us the trouble to hunt for food early in the mornings before we embark on our tours

We got a double room where the bed is a queen sized loft bed with desk and bathroom/toilet below it. We are in our 60s and it was a bit scary though for us to climb up and down the bed.

A very good choice to upgrade from staying in a shared room hostel!

It only takes 5 mins walk from Taichung train station with many cafes, restaurants, corner stores and a shopping mall nearby. The room is quite compacted but met most of my needs (a desk, good shower, comfortable bed, and ok soundproof).

I think a rather comfortable chair to replace one of the stools would make the room more comfortable.

It was a good stay.

It was near the train station and mall. They allow us to check-in early for free. The staff were very accommodating.

Maybe the soundproofing of the room.
