Da localização, cordialidade da equipe, e das refeições preparadas pelo chef Ruben Montanho.
A proposta de estar em uma região desértica e tão árida aliada ao contato com a rica cultura andina não me fazem lembrar do que não gostei.

Espaço no quarto, aquecedor, atendimento excelente, chuveiro quente
Foi tudo muito bom.

Localização bem tranquila mas bem centralizada e perto da rua principal Caracoles. O café da manhã tb era servido na mesa e era muito bom. Com certeza eu voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel.

The photos make the room look very modest. It was, in fact, a decent sized room with comfortable beds and bedding (plenty of warm blankets) and the room was very clean. A friend had warned me that the hotels in San Pedro don't have any heat for nighttime but we had a strong, little gas heater that worked fine. We didn't need to use it for anymore than 20 minutes at night and again in the morning and it heated the room up just fine. We visited San Pedro de Atacama in the wintertime.
We would go out for tours in the morning and when we came back midday, the rooms were already taken care of by housekeeping. When our heater ran out of propane, the hotel staff replaced it promptly. I had read reviews about the hot water and I asked about it when we checked in, the water is warm at night but not hot. But in the daytime the water was very hot, so we timed our showers accordingly.
Breakfast was modest, fruit, eggs, bread, cold cuts, cereal, coffee, tea. Fair amount of options. We mostly ate quickly and because we had to get straight to our tours.
Wifi worked fine. No TV in the room but you have the desert all around you! No need for a TV!
The location was two blocks away from one of the main streets so stores and restaurants were very close. Considering I didn't know anything about San Pedro previously, I was happy with our choice of accommodations. Everyone in town was very nice!

Excellent location, close to bus station and town. Great breakfast. Very quiet surroundings.
Room was really cold when we arrived but there was a heater.

Breakfast was good. The property is a short walk from the main Caracoles street and it was generally safe to walk. Also, very close to international bus terminal. Parking on site.
May be a little pricey but overall it was a great experience.

Friendly staff
Mosquitos because of the water that was around.
It could use better lighting on the pathways.
There was a smell in the bathroom but disappeared when the window was open. Problem with the window open it let the mosquitos in. The bed linen was outdated and old. But the beds were warm at night.

It was a relaxing stay in this hotel located in the middle of an orchard. The days in San Pedro de Acatama can be very hot. This hotel is located very close to the center and to the bus terminal.
The breakfast was okay, but could be improved.

Lovely, huge shady grounds, very close to main street, great breakfast with eggs, ham, cheese, avocado; friendly host, comfy beds and hot shower, we liked the sheep grazing in the garden. Wifi worked fine everywhere.
Only some minor suggestions. Given how huge the garden is, some better/comfy outdoor seating would be great to be able to relax in (one of the hammocks is broken). Our bedsheets got changed after 3 days so maybe also a better system for guests to say when they need towels/sheets changed to save water. The door entry system involves being buzzed in by the owner so although not a problem, we did feel a bit guilty buzzing in at midnight after a stargazing tour. Free tea/coffee/hot water or kettle to be available during the day for guests would be great too.

No air con.

Spacious and clean room, very close from San Pedro main road Rua Caracoles, secure parking, good internet.
Very basic room for the price, nothing to store clothes, no hangers etc..., Very hot in the room during the day, you cannot open the windows, only a small part on the top, it was not enough to ventilated the room, need a fan.....
Bathroom with only one light.
Garden in very bad condition, breakfast industrial food

This hotel is perfect. It is close to one of the ends of the main street (Caracoles - agencies, restaurants etc), where the vans drop you off after the tours, near to the meeting point for the astronomic tour. It counts on a green area inside, so the weather inside is fresher than the rest of the city, making it even more pleasant. The room and the bathroom are spaceous and confortable; there is a small table, chair, places to put your luggage on. There is even a secondary door that leads to the green area. Bed is comfortable, shower is great, towels and sheets are good and smell good. There was heating but we went in the summer, there was no need. There are many blankets. There is not air conditioning or fan, but when we come back from the tours the room was fresh and pleasant. Opening the door or window we got natural wind. Breakfast is very good (not buffet, but they serve you fresh fruit, eggs, ham and cheese, bread, some sweet cake, tea, coffee, milk, juice (although not fresh), cereal. Cleaness is 100%, everything clean and the room smells great. Staff was very kind and effective. I mention here Mrs. Vania, with whom we had more contact, but all the hotel team was great. I have only good words for this great hotel.
I would only suggest to add some kind of support to put soap and shampoo at the shower zone.

it’s a nice basic property but very clean and comfortable and the staff is polite and helpful. it’s close to everything. The Breakfast is basic but wholesome and they do make eggs as per your order. So all in all a good choice.

Excellent breakfast and very helpful staff. We stayed in one of the back rooms, passing through a row of beautiful trees. It was spacious, clean, equipped with a good warm shower and a small desk. Quechua is super close to the main town street and there's a minimarket just across the street, but it is far enough not to be affected by the sound of parties at night.

Excellent and kind staff. Great location closer to the main streets of Atacama and quiet and peaceful at night because of quiet policy. Highly recommend for people who'd love to stay in calm area. Cozy room with cottage vibes and nice hot water shower available. Delicious breakfast with warm, immediately cooked eggs with queso and jamon, fresh fruits.
Slightly cold at night, water pressure was low

Wonderful staff and the the room was spacious and comfortable. Great location, close enough for a short walk but not too close as to be noisy.

The position and breakfast were perfect. We needed to do the check-in before time, and the Hotel allowed it. The staff was friendly and gave us good advice on places to visit and trekking to do. We got a big quiet room; all was relatively new and very clean. Good quality/price ratio.
The room was a bit cold, and there was no TV. The water pressure in the bathroom was low, so the shower and sink were not outstanding. Hot water was not always available in the shower.

Stayed here a few years ago and the service was just as good. New rooms built since last stay and wifi was a bit hit and miss but better in reception
