Richtig tolles Frühstück; gute Zimmer aber mit Luft nach oben

Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr sehr gut! Viele regionale frische Früchte, lokale Gerichte und sehr nettes Personal. Das Zimmer war groß und hatte auch ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Wanne. Bequemes Bett.

Das Bett war für einen großen Europäer zu kurz. Dazu waren die Möbel schon etwas veraltet und abgenutzt. Etwas mehr Sauberkeit wäre möglich gewesen. Dazu hatte das Zimmer nur ein Fenster zum Innenhof und wenig Tageslicht.

Hotel je cisty,pokoj byl prostorny a dobre odhlucneny.Vyborna poloha nedaleko letiste.

Kvalita podavaneho jidla na restauraci neodpovidala cene.Snidani jsem nemel.Musel jsem nekolikrat zadat o snidanovy balicek.Obsah byl velice chudy-neodpovidal cene za ubytovani.Mozna proto,ze ho kuchyne narychlo pripravovalo rano,pri nasem brzkem odjezdu i kdyz jsem o balicek zadal hned pri nasem prijezdu.

Recepcni nejevil dostatecny zajem o hosty.Mel by byt vice aktivni a napomocny.

the worst ever experienced hotel in my life. Am a world traveller with well experienced of hotel services. This hotel was reserved to accommodate me during my business trip. Hotel reception is super rude and I think the same with other Customers. I confirmed and read those reviews late enough when the incident happened. At least you say sorry of your short comings to your customer. They have so many reasons that resulted them to become defensive. Oh no, very red flag to me. I added the picture of the dirty (maybe ewww stained) towel that was provided. Please think the wide ocean before booking this hotel.

Very nice and modern lobby and rooms. The restaurant at the lobby was very good.

Wifi did not worked for several hours, I had to work and I was not able to work. At the lobby they wanted to overcharge me for the room rate after a discussion they agreed to lower the rate to the one at Booking,com

The value for the money isn’t worth it.

Very close to airport. Free shuttle. Comfortable bed.

Made us pay half a day rate on top of the night to check in early even though we were staying the night. We left at 8:30 pm. This did not make sense. Breakfast didn’t have any hot dishes for vegetarians except an omelette.

Nice hotel, helps if you speak some Español.

Proximity to airport, convenient shuttle, well-appointed rooms, restaurant.

Breakfast very efficient, but lunch and dinner less so. Budget 2 hours for dinner, we think partly due to shortage of English-speaking waiters and also no-one seems to be in much of a hurry (manana?).

Employees, were so kind and helpful all the time. The room was great too, clean, great space, it exceeded my expectation by far. Overall the hotel is fantastic, it was all we needed, 100% recommended!

Great location near the airport. Great staff. Breakfast was fantastic. The room is quiet and everything works. WIFI is not super fast but reliable.

Definitely need to do something about the pillows or pillowcases. They had this funky smell, like they've been washed but not really well.

Not much

The fact that all english language news channels had been dishabilitated as the function to switch dubbed programs revert to original language. During my stay the ballroom had been rented out for a party which had been extremely boisterous , loud music, fire crackers ,screaming the works, totally prohibiting a siesta needed before my 12 hour flight later that evening. The management I spoke to did not botber to have the noice toned down nor seem to worry about the nuisance the extreme noise guests were being subjected to. This hotel supposedly 5 star with commensurate tarifs does not live up to its price/satisfaction ratio.
