4.3
Cute decorations in the rooms and the floor plan was good
There are loud construction work across from the hotel which can be annoying
4.3
Good vibe nice staff
No aircon was a game changer as the rooms are too stuffy in summer heat
4.3
Confortable, des personnes sympathiques et accueillantes
Difficulté à fermer les stores

I liked the location of next to the train station . very convenient. I liked the different decor of the hotel was very artistic. I liked that the family room had two room connecting.
when I was checking in the front desk man was having a long conversation with his friend. No problem . 15 minutes went by I had a heavy back pack on which I took off and put next to my husband went back and started looking at the front desk information. as the front desk man was still talking. He then started screaming at me and I mean top of his lungs screaming saying I was a rude and very inconsiderate . he went crazy. I have never ever been spoken to like that , let alone at a hotel and one that I had paid for and was just simply waiting to check in. He gave no explanation of what I did that was rude . He then continued his conversation and then I had to check in when he was ready. it was an absolute nightmare I couldn’t even look at him in the eye because I was petrified of him.
I felt like I was treated this way because of my nationality. As when he started screaming he started straight away in English.
This upon check in ruined the whole experience of this hotel for me and my family.
A few other things the shower is a night sprays water everywhere and I mean everywhere
the pillows are rock hard and very big.

Great location and easy to visit all major landmarks.
Wifi was hard to connect to and get disconnecting.
4.3
The location and the staff. Also the little cafe/ bar downstairs. It was good value for Strasbourg.
It is not that I “ didn’t like it” but it is on the level of a hostel amenities wise.
4.3
Good room for a solo traveller. The room was comfortable and provided everything I needed. You did have access to a little kitchenette downstairs too, which helped if you ever needed to eat after the kitchen had closed. Location was great, walking distance to areas I wanted to visit.
The wifi could be a little tedious.

A really funky boutique hotel, we stayed in the pirate room and our children loved it. spacious, extremely comfortable beds, and bunk bed for kids. Excellent location and staff were friendly. There is a very small parking lot you have to get access from the hotel reception and it is very close to the hotel.
The breakfast was okay.
4.3
Location - Very close to the station
Staff - Staff was friendly and information
Room - Even though the room is 20 sqm but it seems bigger because the layout design.
Price - Really cheap comparing with other places.
- None

The location is truly excellent, very central, close to popular tourist spots and attractions. Clean, comfortable. Nice personnel.
A bit loud during the evening (was quiet during the night though)

The location is amazing. You can walk to the center in less then 10 minutes. The parking garage was in de same street and also very nice. The room was as expected and the staff was kind.
I don’t have any minus points except maybe the intense wallpaper in our room. (we’ll never forget the lobster)
4.3
Close to Train Station and walking distance to most
of the attractions nearby.

We loved the location, friendliness of staff and the interesting artwork in each room. Very fun place close to the old town.
Lack of airflow in rooms. Only 1 room had windows and it made it very hot for people sleeping in other rooms.
4.3
This hotel is close to the train station as well as the old town of Strasbourg - everything is within walking distance, which is great for a weekend trip. The hotel was recently renovated and nicely decorated.
The bathroom was very clean, however the shower did not drain at all.
There is no AC in the room and it can get quite loud at night from the restaurant/bar next door - at least if you keep the window open.
4.3
Cool hotel with a restaurant and bar right in the middle of Strasbourg. Staff are friendly and all the sights of Strasbourg plus restaurants and bars are in walking distance.
There is on street parking outside the hotel but it was pretty much packed when we arrived and quiet expensive

I really like the location, as it's very close to the train station. Also, when I arrive, i felt very welcomed by the staff from hotel!
And the room got everything you need, it's small but very cozy.
It's my second time stay in this hotel, this time i have a room facing the bar (i guess), so it's getting noise in the evening, for my next time, i will ask for a room that's facing another side :)
4.3
Great atmosphere; nice street-art & murals in a basic room .
Good for a short stay. Location is great.
Room was basic and without airco it gets hot (but I knew).
Street noise from cafe below (not a real problem) & street
noise from yelling people at 4am (a problem).
4.3
very artistic, different, felt cool, friendly staff, big rooms
no air conditioning which left us with open windows whilst there was a bar downstairs. Also toiletries were just a foam for all (shampoo, shower gel etc). we needed to use our own
4.3
Nice rooms with great pics!
It was very hot in de room. Better airco would make the stay much better.
