Great location but no frills

Location was superb for the Arena and restaurants

The check in process and "automated " apartment door - we thought there would be keys inside but instead we had to use a phone to gain access each time we entered the apartment which took at least 5 times to actually work - very tedious

Ideal für einen kurzen Besuch von Verona

Die Lage ist klasse, alles in der Altstadt von Verona ist zu Fuß erreichbar Der Gastgeber bietet zusätzlich einen privaten Parkplatz in einer öffentlichen Garage an - unbedingt reservieren ! Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Das Appartement ist eher zweckmäßig und lehnt von der Nähe zur Altstadt

Zentrale Lage, sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit, Super Blick vom Balkon (Zimmer) und Dachterrasse

Waren bereits mehrmals dort zu Gast. Diesmal war unser Zimmer direkt an der Rezeption, jedes Gespräch mussten wir mithören. Sehr hellhörig. Das Fernsehprogramm konnten wir nicht in Deutsch empfangen.

Beautiful apartment and location

Perfect location. Wonderful staff, clean and great sized room. Lift wax great.

Could have been nice to have had a tea/coffee making facility in the room.

Great accommodation, would definitely return

communication with accommodation was easy. self check-in worked really well. great assistance from receptionist when needed. heating in the (two bedrooom) apartment worked really well as we needed it in the evening (April). apartment was perfect, bathrooms very modern and comfortable. water pressure really good. TV in bedrooms and in sitting room. great location, everything in walking distance.

one of the bedrooms was over the main entrance door and this meant that on the Monday we were woken up early from the noise of people coming and going. the other bedrooms was perfectly quiet.

Excelent stay

Location is great, super close to city center. Big and very clean rooms with nice view towards the bridge and the city. Possibility to park in the underground parking if you are arriving by car.

Gerne wieder einmal.

Der kurze Weg zur Altstadt ist natürlich optimal. Der Vermieter ist äußerst nett. Der Parkplatz im Tiefgaragenschließfach ist nobel. Natürlich gibt es andere Hotels in der Innenstadt, doch hat man immer das Parkplatzproblem. Auf der Straße, nur wenige Meter zu Fuß, gibt es mehrere gute Frühstücksbars. Dies ist meine Zweitbewertung! Auf die erste (kritischer) hat der Vermieter umgehend reagiert. Und ich muß sagen: er hatte recht. In der Beschreibung steht: Privater Parkplatz vorhanden. Nicht: Kostenfreier Parkplatz. Es fallen also Gebühren an. Was nicht schlimm ist, da fast jeder öffentliche Parkplatz mehr kostet und nicht diese Sicherheit verspricht. Wie gesagt: gut ist, wenn der Vermieter auch auf Bewertungen reagiert. So kann man die eigene Kritik nochmals überdenken, und gegebenenfalls - wie in diesem Fall- korrigieren. Fazit: Um Verona zu besuchen und kein Fahrzeug bemühen zu müssen um abendlich zur Unterkunft zurück zu gelangen, ist dies eine sehr gute Adresse.

Un séjour en famille très agréable

Situation idéale au bord de l'Adige. La possibilité de se garer non loin est un réel plus. Café à disposition. Extrêmement propre. Très accueillant.

Une tasse pour le thé serait bienvenue. Attention le matelas est très très fermé. Ce qui est positif pour certains, pas pour moi.

Toller Aufenthalt ganz zentral. Sehr schöne Unterkunft.

Sehr gute Lage. Sehr nettes Personal. Auto konnte perfekt und preiswert geparkt werden. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse. In jeder Etage eine Küche für kleinere Zubereitungsmöglichkeiten. Wer es braucht, es gibt auch Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Es gab für uns nichts auszusetzen.

Perfect location in the historic center with full amenities

Perfect location just minutes from the historic district sights and shopping. Excellent places to eat nearby and browse, shop or just enjoy the city’s historical treasures. Excellent staff.

Very nice confortable bedroom, perfect location, would recommend without hesitation.

Absolutely no complaint. Maybe just a little smile from reception even if they were efficient would have made it perfect!

Opulence

Spectacular corner room on top floor overlooking the river on both sides. Sense of history with huge room and high ceilings in a lovely renovation was superb. Parking worked out really well due to the excellent instructions. Great location to explore this city.

Great directions!

Location and paid parking was excellent. Directions to facility, parking & staff help to check in and out was exceptional.

Was out of room all morning and come early afternoon and staff comes to clean room early pm, as we're bathing...and only handed clean towels and emptied rubbish can. Staff never came back to finish cleaning room.
