Perfect stay for a week of skiën in beautiful Italy 🇮🇹

Clean appartement , near ski lift and very close to other popular ski areas by car. friendly host, very helpful!

living room was a little small when the bed for the kids was made. but this is just a minor negative point.

Disappointing

Relatively close to Ski lifts (15-20 min walk In ski boots downhill, return is more difficult ☹️), clean, quiet, quite well equipped kitchen, balcony with a nice view, parking in a underground garage.

Customer service was not existing. "Pay tomorrow (next day after reservation had been made) or your reservation is cancelled", vouchers received with mistakes ( wrong number of persons, incorrect apartment number), no credit cards accepted, you must arrive before 9 pm, you cannot leave before 8 am (or you lose your 150€ deposit, they will not return the deposit by transfer even if you leave the apartment in a perfect shape, the only option is by cash upon check out, neither early check out nor a check out on day before are possible - important for long distance travellers. The reception was closed all the time - it was open few hours on the date of arrival and departure. No information about ski buses, shops, local attractions. Sauna was closed (Covid as an excuse) . Basically the only way of communication was by what,s up and 90% of the answers were "No, it's not possible"

Accommodation can only be paid by bank transfer to the hostess's account. It cost me an extra 50 EUR.
