Very friendly staff, clean facilities and feeling of safe haven, away from city hassle.

This was a wonderful find! Not far from airport - but feels a world away from Guayaquil. Fantastic views - amazing pool. We didn't want to leave. A nice retreat. Had a friend by for drinks and we were both impressed with the house - it must have a unique and interesting history. My daughter and I love swimming in pool after breakfast. Garden beautiful and well kept.

Beautiful rooms and location was beautiful. The staff was very helpful with arranging rides for our large family. Breakfast was delicious. We only had dinner there one night and it was good but not very kid friendly and we had children with us.
Dinner choices could have been a little more kid friendly. We scheduled our breakfast one day for 8am because we had a very important at the US Embassy to get to. There must have been a communication error because it was not ready til after 830 but once brought to their attention, the staff was very quick about getting it ready for us.

We like the facility, surrounded by nature. Nice and helpful staff. Great breakfast. We love and enjoy the variety of birds. Nice view of the city.
The hot water was not working and the taxi driver would not drive towards the back yard to pick up my Dad who had knee problems.

The location was great, close to a strip of restaurants, but isolated enough to be quiet. Beds were comfortable and wifi was great. Awesome breakfast.

The accommodation is just very nice and features great design. The staff is friendly and helpful e.g. extra services like food order or luggage storage
It’s a pricier option. For my personal taste it could be a bit more affordable e.g. in-house dinner price, late check out add-on, etc.

The staff was really friendly.
The swimming pool was dirty and the water was not clear.
Sunbeds was in bad condition and they didn't even had a parasoll.
Not much to do.

The shower was amazing! The property itself looks beautiful. But other than that..
- overpriced!
- party above our room that they didnt tell us about
- moist in room and pillows
In advance the communication went nice and we read the reviews so we were excited to stay here, but ended up very disappointed, especially considering the amount of money we had to pay (please note a high amount of taxes are added after the booking).
There was moist in the shower and above our bed. And also in the pillows which really didn't feel comfortable.
The beds are soft, which I did not like, but taste differs:)

Great views, peaceful atmosphere
3.5
The outdoor atmosphere was amazing. We were looking for a relaxing stay outside of the city and this is exactly what we got. Breakfast and dinner were beautifully presented by the staff to maximize the gorgeous view of the city.
The lobbies needed a little fixing. Just small touches will continue to improve this beautiful place.

the setting up in a hill overlooking the city

Pictures are way more beautiful than what the place really is it was overpriced, view is beautiful, place is beautiful property have a nice ambiance but needs maintenance my room king suite was old fashion tv did not work properly. Very nice location with a perfect view over Guayaquil, really quiet and very friendly staff.
Bare in mind to bring cash money. When paying with any kind of card adds 7% to your bill unfortunately. Breakfast was fine, but a bit of fruit or yoghurt would have been nice.
