Not a relaxing weekend

Waitress and bartenders, cleaning staff were very nice.

Paid for a queen bed and we received 2 single bed merged together with a gap between them. The room we booked had a balcony and view to the pool, nothing like it was descriped on booking.com AC was small and did not cool the room, sometimes it was more a sauna. Staff at the reception were very unfriendly

Punten voor aandacht

De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaam van het personeel.

Allereerst de prijs voor één slaapkamer, we dachten te hebben geboekt voor een appartement bleek het letterlijk 1 slaapkamer te zijn. De matrassen zijn doorgezakt. Er is geen vuilnisbak voor wanneer we spullen moeten weggooien . De badkamer, na het douchen blijft het water liggen het stroomt niet weg. Het liep óók door een scheur aan de zijkant, gemeld is netjes door een onderhoud monteur gemaakt .

Relaxed and restful stay at Acoya!!

I spent a lovely weekend for my Birthday at Acoya. It was truly relaxing and I had the best time recharging. Acoya is like a little oasis, so centrally located but still isolated for that peace and quiet. I loved the pool, it was refreshing. The property is pretty big so going on walks was very nice at night, once everything cooled off. Mambo Beach is only 5 minutes away and full of restaurants to explore! 10/10, will come back!

I had a blast!

The pool was stunning, and the rooms were comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay awesome. Perfect location, I got a room close to the elevator and breakfast was delicious! I had a blast and highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

Would never stay again. Poor maintenance of the rooms. Staff is okay. Nicely located and nice gardening.

Our bed and pillows were super hard. We requested a quiet room and got a room that had major construction going on right behind us. Even though the construction was not a part of the resort they knew about it and didn’t do anything to upgrade our stay. The bathroom door in our room creeked so bad just as in horror films. Light switches are outdated and would flicker on and off in the bathroom. Wifi didn’t work so well in the room either. Thank goodness we only stayed a couple of days and would never stay there again.

all by all was excellent. the spa was magnificent. I leave very relaxed.

apartment was excellent. spacious, clean, excellent air conditioning. black out experience two times bud was aceptable.

the bed wasn't comfortable. it was to soft which may cause back pain. I have to spend the night on the other bed which was a little bid satisfactory

Work trip.

The room is spacious and we happened to have a driveway which was convenient. Plus a private pool which is awesome. Also, all staff members were very friendly. And having a respectful and helpful security guard at night was also very nice. Breakfast was also good. A bit pricey though. The service to drive you to your room after check-in is also great.

For the price, the value is a bit disappointing. Both the trash bin in the bathroom and in the kitchen were broken so you had to open it by touching the lid which is very unhygienic. The overall cleanliness was poorly. The AC blows right on the bed. There is no proper lighting in the bathroom. The pillows were not comfortable. No large mirror and no tv in the room.

If it was not for the absence of wifi/internet in our apt, our stay would have been rated very goodd

Breakfast was very good with a variety of ítem to choose from! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The airconditioning in the apt worked very well, especially on very hot days!

The wifi and Internet connection did not work properly in apt # 3220. They were constantly disconnected, what made our stay quite frustrating, not being able to use our mobile phones and ipads! We reported the issue to the frontdesk attendant, however it was not resolved during our stay. There was connection though in the reception área and the restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay and would like to come back

room, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast may be improved, children accompanying and not having breakfast are not allowed to enter restaurant. This is a dissappointment. Pool very nice.

the staff at the gate and reception were really nice. The room was great aswell

The restaurant was run terribly, our meals took 45 minutes to be served and we were the only table there(for good reason we learned). At happy hour they tried to get you to pay full price and you had to ask for the happy hour prices. The staff didn't seem to enjoy their job and they also didn't care about providing good service because 15% service charge was included anyway. We and other guests we spoke to recommand you drive elsewhere to eat, you will be better served and proberly be done quicker, cheaper and with better food

Any issues we encountered, were resolved almost immediately, and willingly.

Free regular shuttles to Mambo Beach and Punda, Willemstad. Room was a good size and nicely furnished. We cooked our breakfast ourselves in our kitchen.

Suggest Acoya should consider adding the following facilities, Airport Shuttle either reasonable priced better than a taxi or free. Several BBQ locations on the property. Several Laundry facilities onsite. Larger dresser drawers for two in each bedroom, ATM onsite, at least one 120V adapter hardwired in the room for North Americans, wristband door keys instead of cards,
