Decepcionante pagar pelo consumo de energia sem o aviso na reserva.

Apartamento espaçoso e equipado.

Foi cobrado no check out o consumo de energia e essa informação não foi dada na reserva. O quarto possuía uma escada com 20 degraus e não havia essa informação também quando fiz a reserva.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad

Fijne accommodatie dicht bij Jan Thiel baai. Heerlijke bedden en mooi zwembad. Goede communicatie met Laura.

De eerste avond deed de airco het niet. Dit is echter netjes de volgende dag opgelost. De trap was best gevaarlijk ivm twee kleine kinderen. Dit was ons niet helemaal bekend met boeken dat het ging om een app boven.

Goede uitvalsbasis om Curaçao te ontdekken. We hadden een auto en zo diverse leuke strandjes bezocht.

Toll, Curacao ist wenn man die karibische Lebensart mag immer eine Reise wert.

Die Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft schön, der Pool und die Liegen standen zur verfügung und man konnte Sie (die Liegen) wenn man wollte dem Schatten nach ausrichten.

Eigentlich gab es nichts was zu bemängeln wäre, die Küche, ist super ausgestattet Spülmaschine und Gas Herd funktionieren. Die Kaffeemaschine ist sauber, keinerlei Kalkrückstände, auch der Wasserkocher war in einem Top Zustand. Also nicht gefallen hat mir nur das es in den letzten Tagen ab und zu geregnet hat. 😂😂

Aanrader!

Mooi ruim appartement. Fijn dat je zelf ook af en toe kan koken. Het was keurig schoon. Elke ochtend gingen we heerlijk buiten op het balkon ontbijten. Op beide slaapkamers is er airco. Hierdoor konden we ‘s nachts goed slapen. De eigenaar Jennifer is heel vriendelijk en vraagt tussendoor of alles naar wens is. De host Laura maakt alles naar wens en ik werd altijd helemaal vrolijk van haar leuke spraakberichtjes. Het appartement ligt in een nette buurt en is beveiligd met een hek. Binnen 15 minuten ben je in Willemstad. We zijn hier 8 nachten geweest en hebben genoten!

Eigenlijk was alles naar wens! Enige wat eventueel anders zou kunnen is om de 4 dagen een schoonmaak. Dit is wel mogelijk tegen betaling. In appartement is wel een bezem, dweil en stoffer. We hebben ervoor gekozen om het zelf tussendoor schoon te maken en hebben in de supermarkt wat schoonmaakdoekjes gekocht. We vonden dit uiteindelijk prima te doen.

Lovely apartment in a great location and great contact with host

The location is great, close to all the main activities on the island. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the pictures, what you see is what you get. It’s also clean and everything works as it should. Both the owner and the person that upkeeps the property check in regularly to make sure we’re happy and have everything we need. There are plenty towels and we got clean towels multiple times during our 2 week stay. The pool and garden are maintained very well and we had a lovely stay.

Het zwembad, appartement ,hygiënisch schoon. Locatie, nette wijk. Veilig gevoel met hek en slot.

ligbedden bij het zwembad. lagen niet lekker en er waren 2 kapot. Ook hier en daar wat achterstallig onderhoud. Het zwembad werd niet dagelijks schoongemaakt. .Kapotte bloempot. Deur die erg dichtklapt, kan niet zachtjes. Dak overkapping was aan restauratie toe,

Safe clean and spacious with 5* service

Owners Jennifer & Rene provided us with *****-service when we rented one of their apartments end of March 2023. Pick-up / return service from the airport, cheap car rental & great advice on daytrips and restaurants. The apartments are in a safe neighborhood with upperclass villas. We were staying in apartment Trupial on first floor which provides an excellent view from the private balcony which is big enough to dine with 4 people and than even have space for a big dryrack. Lots of birds in the luscious palmtrees of the garden resulting in a daily morning visit of a hummingbird right on the balcony. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Livingroom with well equipped kitchen, 2 large bedrooms and 1 large bathroom. Parkingspace for your car in front of the apartment, inside fenched garden. The swimming pool is shared with only 1 other apartment, meaning you have it to yourself 9 our 10 times. We will definitely book with them next time we visit Curacao.

Nice, calm, priced correctly. You do need a car to get around the island from this location!

The manager, Laura, was very helpful and generally service minded. There were a few minor issues that Laura was quick to address and help fix. The pool was kept nicely (although one might suggest running a black hose with the filtered water along the roofing to heat it up just slightly in the sun).

The house does have a few minor kinks and a general need for a bit of maintenance. The kitchen has some very basic tools, but could use a few more additions all around (including sharp knifes). A note about the area, that this property itself can't be blamed(!), but a guest might like to know: There are a LOT of dogs in the area, pretty much every house has 2 or more. You do not want to walk around the area, if large dogs barking and jumping up the fences scares you - but they do seem to be well enough trained and only show aggression from within their own properties.

Everything you read in the great reviews is true

The apartment is very well situated, (car is needed but the owner can rent a car for a good price + you don't have to worry about airport transportation which is very convenient), very clean and comfortable. The manager is the sweetest person, she provided us with breakfast so we didn't need to think about filling the fridge after the long trip. Both manager and owner are very helpful and communication goes very well. The residential area is calm and safe. I certainly recommend villa unique! We had a wonderful time in Curaçao and villa unique was a great home base.

The facilities were clean and comfortable, we felt safe in the neighbourhood and we enjoyed our stay

Nice neighbourhood, we were quite comfortable there. Sleeping accomodation was good and we enjoyed our stay. Will recommend to others.

The television was not working up to standard, and the host could have been more helpful in assisting to get it functional. One would not expect that you have to bring your own password etc for Netflix, not to mention when efforts were made to enter the information the remote was disfunctional. We should have been able to have the problem rectified but there was little effort to do so by the host. Otherwise the facilities were great, the only little problem is if the facility caters for up to six persons there should be at least two bathrooms. We should have been informed of the additional charges for electricity prior to our arrival and not when we arrived.

Manon thank you for taking such good care of us. We were delighted with a fridge filled with a wonderful breakfast upon arrival! The apartment is very clean and well equipped with everything we needed, as well as plenty of linen and towels, thank you for that. We loved the privacy amidst the beautiful palm trees and lovely swimming pool.

We liked the location and the immediate access to pool and sun loungers. Also, the price and efficiency of the hosts in rapid solutions to situations that arose.

TV was out of action but this proved to be no hindrance. There were minor incidents of creature features in the villa but this was a side issue of tropicality rather than cleanliness.
