Great view, everything else needed work.

The view of the Eiffel Tower from the room was amazing.

I asked a question to the staff and they did not answer accurately which caused problems getting there. Honesty would have been appreciated. The hotel would hold your bags before you check in but it’s out in the lobby and anyone could come inside and take them. The manager was not friendly and you are not checking in one minute early. Shower would not drain, shower curtain smelled so badly of mildew it was hard to even be in the bathroom. I didn’t notify them of this because I didn’t want people fixing it when we were there since our stay was so short.

Our stay was perfect!! The staff was so friendly and helpful! We can't wait to come back!

The view was the Eiffel Tower. We LOVED IT! Every night we would wait for the tower to sparkle and it was magical! The location was quiet and perfect for us. We had plenty of room for all five of us. It was setup like a very large apartment and was more then enough space for all of us.

Some of the local restaurant was a bit of a walk away but we didn't mind. The weather worked out in our favor so it worked out well for us.

The Eiffel Tower view of this accommodation is the best. The family took pictures in the living room and balcony in the morning and evening, and they could enjoy tea and fruit while looking at the Eiffel Tower when they were resting in the middle. The two-story apartment was too large for a family of six, but we were satisfied with everything. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom and toilet were spacious, and the washing machine and dryer worked well.

It's not important, but the legs of the chair on the big table in the living room are very heavy metal, and they kept hitting my feet and legs and they looked a little dangerous.

absolutely wonderful stay

Absolutely the best place we have stayed in Paris. The location was fantastic, we could see the Eiffel Tower from our balcony, we were blown away. The apartment was huge and really nicely furnished, it had everything we needed and a small kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were powerful. There was a supermarket and Bakers around the corner as we were an assortment of restaurants. The Seine was 5 minutes walk as well, it could have not have been better

Amazing location,beautiful appts, made our stay in Paris memorable

The location was amazing-we had a fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower from our windows. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed.

It’s only a minor matter but we were all woken up really early on Monday morning with work being carried out on the apartments-it’s great that the apartments are maintained and refreshed but it seemed excessively early.

The amazing view of Eiffel Tower. Location with access to groceries stores and shops. Friendly and helpful staff onsite.

Hot water / heater disruption in one of the nights. Could have shown the small elevator in the preview so that we are prepared with sensible baggage size, but it still works. A survey was sent to us for questions beforehand but they were never answered before, during or after we checked out…lol.

Amazing location just few steps away from Eiffel tower, great view, accessibility. Apartment was nicely prepared, fully equipped to travel with little kids. Staff was exceptional! Very friendly and helpful, responsive if anything needed before or during the stay!

Perfect for Families

The staff was very friendly. We got lucky and our room was ready early at 2pm. And we got upgraded to a superior room! The room, in general, was exactly what I was hoping for. As a family of 5, we had plenty of space. And with the kitchen and a real hair dryer, we felt like citizens of Paris. Being so close to the Eiffel Tower was amazing! We found it very easy to travel to other parts of the city, too.

To nit pick, the bed was too firm for me personally.

worst ever!!

Nothing. The GM of the property does not value customer. I would never return

They are liars. we booked the property months in advance.Told them on time about the number of guests. when we reached the property we had a room on the 7th floor and guess what. the elevator was under ‘scheduled’ maintainance which they didn’t bother informing us. if they did we would have looked for another property. No apology from them at all.

so we were suppose to have the pent house suit and another room as our party was for 10 and we wanted the younger ones together and the other ones in a smaller room but when we arrived they had given the pent house to someone else. they tried to give us 3 rooms when we only needed 2 and they had quoted 200 euros cheaper for the 2 rooms originally but charged us for the pent house and the other room saying the extra room was making up the price but we didn’t need it. even on our receipt we got charged for the pent house. I will be making a complaint.

Very good

Staff were fabulous and were happy to store our luggage for more than a week before our trip - really helpful and much appreciated! The apartment was also in a great location for walking around the Eiffel Tower, Trocadéro etc.

Our only disappointment was that we booked a classic three bed two bath apartment (two bedrooms of which had twin or bunk beds) for our family of six and the photos of which showed balconies in the combined dining/living room (we looked very carefully at the 18 photos and description of the apartment we had booked )We were very disappointed therefore on checking in to discover we’d been given a different classic apartment that was on the a ground floor apartment - no balcony and lacking privacy from the street level windows -and also missing the single beds advertised in the apartment we’d booked - only double beds . Unfortunately we were advised we could not swap to the other classic apartment we’d booked. I would still recommend the accommodation however would recommend to others that you engage in additional correspondence to ensure that you receive the specific accommodation that you have booked

Residence Hotel Charles Floquet delivers a perfect Paris holiday.

Gorgeous building. Great apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. Be sure to book an apartment with Eifel Tower views - it delivers the real 'wow' factor. Staff were helpful. Location made it a short walk to key tourist attractions including Eifel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. Would highly recommend as a place to stay

A beautiful hotel just steps from the Eiffel Tower. Very well equipped for our family. The breakfast of fresh baguette and pastries was great to have too!
