Nice and spacy apartment with a beautiful garden in a nice area near Lucca
We liked everything

Real nice location, nearby the aquaduct Nottolini, and close to the city of Lucca. Location was very quit and comfortable. Each appartment had it's own sitting and relaxing area.
Cleaning could be a lot better, we found two shards of glass in our room, one at the edge of the couch, one in the corner of the room underneath a curtain. With a baby of 9 months who was crawling around I was very unhappy with that!
Swimming pool is useless in our opinion. It's way to small and shallow, and the water is very cold. Since we never saw any people at the pool we aren't the only ones.

A wonderful place, 10 minutes drive from the leaning tower of Pisa. Big room with everything you need. Very nice pool and jacuzzi, tennis ang ping pong table.

Garden, surroudings.. very peacefull.
We had booked fot an extra day with the owner and were kicked out. Do not trust the messages you write the owners.

We stayed in the 3 bedroomed part (one floor) of the main villa for a week. Rather rustic and dated/tired but clean enough and it grows on you. Surprisingly good shower (and a bath which is always a bonus in Italy) and comfy beds (we didn’t use the sofa bed so can’t comment in it). Kitchen has everything you need and there’s a great old stone BBQ in the garden / outdoor area for that apartment’s exclusive use which we used a few times. Extensive secure garden and great pool with a separate hot tub. No aircon but despite the heatwave we managed OK. Elena and Marco were very helpful and always on hand if needed (they live on the top floor). Great place for a family holiday and dogs (ours was made very welcome), table tennis, bikes available (seen better days) but got us into Lucca a couple of times (1/2 hour away by bike) following the track underneath the amazing aqueduct that runs outside the villa straight to Lucca train station. Supermarket round the corner and good walks all around.

The most wonderful place I've ever stayed at. Beautiful vila, wonderfyl garden, the whole place seems magic. Essence of Toscany. And the hosts are kind nice and helpful. We will for sure come back!

Super good location, nice hosts and beautiful environment.
The garden and pool area is amazing.

The property is huge, and heaven on earth, with all the flowers and grass and thousands of fireflies in the night, and mountains in the background. With a charming pool and a shaded table set next to it, perfect for a vacation with kids. Lucca is the most charming Tuscan city, and riding on the walls - unforgettable. Having shaded parking space in front of the villa was also a big plus.
The TV did not contain any non-italian channels. I would highly appreciate having some video streaming services on the TV set.

lots of space and fantastic hosts.
relaxing.
This property … the pool area can be a bit noisy if you get other guests who don’t look after their children This isn’t anything to do with this property .. but maybe something that said
think of others
or try to respect the other guests.
overall and most of the time the place is big enough to cope.

An amazing property and the owners were so friendly and helpful and couldnt do enough for us, even taking my sister and her husband into Lucca. will definitely return ❤️❤️
Only thing i would reccomend is to have transport as there were no buses or trains running for 2 days so we had to have taxis which was very expensive but this is not the fault of the Villa and absolutely loved our stay

Beautiful property, a little bit difficult to find via Google but we figured it out from the pictures on the website. Additional amenities were very complete including tennis, table tennis, badminton, and even pickle ball. Excellent pastry/coffee shop just five minutes away made for a fantastic breakfast of Italian pastries and cappuccinos.
Maybe just the time of the year but the mosquitos were horrible. Grandchildren got eaten alive after just a few minutes outside. The actual beds were very comfortable. The downstairs bed (futon I think) was very hard and uncomfortable unfortunately.

Lovely home near Lucca.
The village is beautiful and we had a great walk in the area.
The two bedroom villa was very comfortable and had everything we needed.
Would have been nice if we had some basic stuff like coffee and tea availble for our first night as we arrived late and didn't have the chance to buy in advance.

The beautiful gardens and views. Our hosts were amazing. Marco drove us to get pizza on our first night and was so helpful. Would definitely go back.

beautiful location, beautiful area. We've had our wedding at Villa Rossini.
Such a lovely property, people and very close to Lucca. All the apartments are very well equipped!

For reference we stayed in the 2 bedroom house which forms the bottom floor of the large house. There are 2 x 2 bedroom houses on offer so check when booking. It's in a beautiful setting in the countryside, with lovely grounds and pool area. Very quaint and rustic. It was a really good size and the host friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was a great base for exploring Tuscany.
It could have been a bit cleaner - floors and surfaces etc. Although it's a very old country house with old materials, so I imagine more difficult to thoroughly clean. We also had an issue where the hot water stopped working on the first day. Unfortunately we were in and out so didn't see the host around and were unsure how best to locate them. This meant we had a few days of freezing cold showers. However once spoken to it was fixed later the same day!

We liked the surrounding, very close to beautiful Lucca, lovely views of aqueduct and mountains.
Oven not working, very week wifi, small bathroom, and even smaller shower.

the people in the avenue were so kind. They also gave us full content for breakfast for free, including a tasty hand made cake. When we had a small problem with the shower, they promptly solved it despite was Sunday. Very warm welcome.

The property was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Our family had a great time exploring, playing table tennis, and enjoying the local restaurants. Easily accessible and in a lovely neighboring area to Lucca.

Great property, beautifully decorated.
Very quiet location, great views.
Personal taste, but the bed could be a bit more firm.

You sleep in an old villa with enough space. The kitchen is well equipped. The interior is old, but so special that you probably won't spend a second night like this. The property is beautiful, with enough space, a pool and little extras. Around the property you can walk and hike. It's a great place to stay to relax.
