Плохая шумоизоляция, было слышно соседей и тележки в коридоре.

They showed a lot effort to help but they could not put in into practice very well

the food in general was bad as well as the vegan offers air conditioning did not work at all the alcohol was cheap for all inclusive members

L accueil est déplorable. Mr George de l accueeiuil nous a fait attendre 30 minutes pour rien devant la réception alors que nous étions les sels clients. L hygiène était déplorable cafard dans le lit, produits douche vide et clientèle low cosy.

Emplacement parfait, personnel agréable et à l’écoute.

Tout était parfait. J’ai eu l’agréable surprise d’être surclassée à mon arrivée avec une vue sur la mer au 4eme étage. J’étais là pour des raisons professionnelles et j’ai eu l’opportunité de rencontrer le directeur de l’établissement, une personne très ouverte d’esprit et à l’écoute. Tout le personnel de manière générale était très agréable. J’étais seule en déplacement mais je ne me suis pas sentie seule un seul instant. Je reviendrai si j’en ai l’opportunité et je recommande.

Cela n’est pas le fait de l’établissement mais j’aurais aimé que certains clients soient plus discrets tard le soir, certains étant très bruyants dans les couloirs après minuit.

Odličan, više od očekivanog. Preporuke!!

Hotel je na super je lokaciji, odmah ispred je autobusna stanica. Udaljen je 20-ak minuta od aerodroma. Moderno je uređen. Osoblje je komunikativno i spremno pomoći, nama su sredili raniji check-in i mogli smo odmah na doručak, iako smo taj dan trebali početi s ručkom ili čak večerom. :) Dočekali su nas sa šampanjcem koji je na raspolaganju uz svako jelo, čak i doručak! :D Pogled iz sobe je očaravajući! :))) Svaku večer imaju radionice, bend itd. Imaju veliki izbor jela za svaki obrok. Preporuke!

Izbor jela za snack je svaki dan identičan.

Skvele vybavený transfer a úžasné prijatie na recepcií s pohárom sektu. Personál usmiaty od manažéra po údržbára. Úprimný záujem o hosťa. Prekvapenie na izbe v deň manželkiných narodenín. Skvelý výber jedla a drinkov. Všade čisto. Priestranný hotel s dostatkom miest na relax ako vnútri tak aj vonku. Hneď pri čistej pláži. Oddýchli sme si dokonalo. Hotel prekonal očakávania. Skvelé dojmy ostávajú aj po odchode).

Služby na úrovni tohto hotela sú prudko návykové)

A most relaxing stay look forward to a return visit

Our room was very spacious and kept clean and serviced daily. Plenty of sun beds so no need to put towels down early. The gardens and areas all kept nice and clean. All the staff were very nice and helpful .

Booking for the theme restruants. We do like fine dining for our evening meals although the buffet had every thing to suit all tastes.

It is a beautiful hotel but don’t think I would stay again

We got upgraded to a cottage which was nice but a bit dated. We arrived at 5pm and still had to wait an hour for our room , hence the upgrade. Pools were nice. We had a lovely sea view with our own terrace and sun beds.

People that have a certain status are allowed to book their sunbed for the duration of their stay. When looking for a bed you have to look at the back of each to check if they had tags on it! So embarrassing when you see all the empty beds and you realise it’s booked, even though they might not even use it! At least half are booked, I’ve never seen this system before in all my years of travelling. Very poor lighting in cottage. We was all inclusive which was ok compared to the hotel we’d just came from across the road. Very repetitive choices with random salad items next to hot food. Couldn’t get booked into the restaurants as no availability, as we was only staying 3 days we had to stick to the buffet! Snacks were very poor and sandwiches in the evening consisted of a plate full.

We had an amazing time! The hotel is modern and clean and we got a room upgrade. Our room had amazing views of the pool

It’s a beautiful modern and clean hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is really good and there’s a wide variety.

The pool water is not very clean sometimes.

Food was good and generally friendly staff. Entertainment was good on Tuesday and Friday mostly but this was till 11pm.

Entertainment was not as expected. Saturday night and other nights with not even music at all in the lobby, let alone entertainment . Mostly it was a disc jockey outside and with the heat it was very unpleasant to stay out. All finish at 11pm except for the night club where mostly young gathered with no one dancing. Room cleaning wasn't satisfactory. Missed putting towels or found dirty towels left on the floor. I had to ask for shower gel and shampoo top up as these were left empty. Pool staff were not so friendly either and activity at the pool consisted of 20 minute exercise in the morning and some stretching exercises in the afternoon. Disappointing really.

Over priced for a package holiday

Cost of room exorbitant for the quality of stay. This is a package venue with “Butlins” style performance which would have been fine if not for the unbelievable cost for the room.

Beach holiday

Best hotel with beach near airport. Everything is good and you will not be bored there. City center is 15minutes walk or by car 4min. It is good because in city there is more noise but in this hotel you will have vacation!

Room doors are not noiseproof. On morning you can hear people walking to breakfast and after that Cleaning squad starts cleaning rooms. But corridors are long and lot of rooms need cleaning so they talk to eachother over corridors and you will wake up soon. Try to buy room to end of corridor if you are long sleeper.

Waffles at breakfast. Housekeeping was great.

Being over charged for dinner and not being told at check in that I could have upgraded to all inclusive for less than the cost of dinner alone and missing out on all the other benefits of all inclusive. Inadequate discount offered by management when discussing the issue with them. Air conditioning was broken in the room making it difficult to sleep in the heat. Both outdoor and indoor pools not heated. Indoor hot tub too small for size if hotel.

Nice location, the room is big with nice sea view, very nice staff, in general good quality-price ratio

while breakfast is reach but clearly made from cheaper components, the hotel is over-crowded especially during breakfast and evening events. Towels in the room were washed many-many times...
