Absolutely everything! The Villa is stunning and the host made us very welcome. We had a starter pack of goodies gifted to us to help us settle in. We were met and shown how everything works. The pictures definitely don’t do it justice. It’s a stunning Villa with restaurants and beaches all very close by. We hired a car (which is probably needed) and found everything extremely easy to get to.
This Villa is great for families. Marios and his family are very kind and we will return!

The villas was amazing extremely well equipped and maintained, pool was amazing!
Marios was extremely helpful and only a message or call away, we felt at ease the moment we arrived and really didn’t want to leave!

The Villa was perfect for us (2 adults and 3 kids). We looked for our own place with a pool and found the perfect match. First, Marius is a very kind and nice person, very professional and supported us throughout the entire stay. The villa is maintained to a very high standard. The equipment level is very high. There is an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, lots of kitchen utensils. Fruit, bread and wine were waiting for us when we arrived. The location is very good, 5-10 minutes from main locations in Paphos (Water park, beaches, mall, old town etc'). The Villa is the main reason our trip was so successful, it really felt like home.
Everything was perfect.

Absolutely amazing!! I have never had an amazing holiday like this one. Marios is a fabulous host, he was so helpful and friendly, the best thing is he was so honest with us. He met us on arrival and Walked us through the villa and the facilities, left us essentials like bread/milk. He even showed us the other villa, but we fell in love with this one from the moment we walked through the door as it’s more traditional. A car is essential and allowed us to get about, but everything is in a 5min drive. The pool is amazing, it’s not cold whatsoever. We certainly loved the relaxation and quietness of the area. Marios you done absolutely amazing in making this villa private from the surrounding land. We stayed in a hotel last year and we’ll never go back to hotel after finding this gem. Marios, you have a customer for life. See you next year! Andrew & Beckie

Quiet and private
Pool is huge and like a warm bath in the hot sun!
Villa is well equipped with everything you need including pool floats!
Owner Marios is only a phone call away and couldn't do enough for you
Car is needed due to location but you are within walking distance to the local area of Geroskipou, shops, bakery, bars and restaurant but this is uphill
Villa is beautiful and feels like the real cyprus not a hotel and it is surrounded by orchards
Beach isn't far around 1km/1mile
Very easy to get to and from the airport!
Wasps in the pool throughout the day, constantly fishing them out with pool net, but this couldn't be helped!

The location was brilliant ( however a car is essential ) Marios and his wife were most helpful on arrival and provided some provisions, which was very kind.. A lovely traditional Cypriot villa in a quiet area but close to central Paphos..
Nothing not to like...
4.0 / 10.0
The place is nice and big. Good cooking facilities. The owner and his lovely wife met us on the arrival. We had bread, fruit, and vino waiting for us.
Nice decoration inside the villa.
We did not feel safe. The property is in the middle of nowhere. The gate is always open. Anyone can come and go at any time, day or night.
Also, there is a very small fence around the property, and next door, there were people who worked at the plant nursery. No privacy.
Then, there were cats who would not leave us alone. One of them jumped into our bedroom after rain, and it wasn't pleasant. Other morning, we have found a cat's poo next to the pool:(
The master bedroom had a terrible mattress. It was so uncomfortable, we couldn't sleep well. There are also metal bars on the windows and wooden doors. Which is not very safe. If it's a fire inside the house, you will not be able to escape through the windows because of the metal bars.
TV was old and had only a few channels that we could watch in English.
If we wanted an air-conditioner, we would have to pay extra.
All in all, I would not recommend it.

Villa is spacious, and there is everything you need. Warm welcome from Marios and his wife. VIlla is a short walk to beach and town. But definitely you need car around there. Oranges and clementines from orchard was a great addition! Very quiet area. We had great 2 weeks there. Hopefully we will come back one day.

Villa Yioukkas is stunning. It's beautifully furnished, a fab mix of traditional and modern. Having a pool to jump into at the end of a hot day is lovely. It's in a great location. Very peaceful and quiet but only 5 minutes drive to the supermarket in Geroskipou and 5 minutes the other way to Paphos Harbour. Excellent base for exploring the rest of the island. Marios, the owner and his family are so welcoming. As we were on a late flight they provided some groceries for us which was very kind. Highly recommend.
Also check out Fitos Inn which is just around the corner. Gorgeous food! Highlights of our visit included a road trip in the mountains. The village of Omodos has lovely gift shops and restaurants. Cobbled streets and a bustling central square. Kykkos monastery is magnificent and well worth a visit. The road is very long and twisty so be prepared if you suffer with travel sickness! Also check out Viklari, the last castle. Great views and delicious, cheap food. Rotisserie chicken and pork, potato and salad are the only things on the menu but it's delicious. Beautifully cooked. Ideal visit on a baking hot day because there's a cool breeze from the sea and shelter from the grape vines.
There was nothing to dislike.

we loved absolutely everything about it. The villa is a credit to the owners. Marios and his wife met us at the Villa, they were lovely made us feel so welcome. Even at midnight.. They had a welcome pack for us of which consisted of, water, bread, cheese, bacon, eggs, butter, watermelon, apples, peaches, bananas and wine just unbelievable. There hospitality is second to none, they can not do enough for you, they are simply Outstanding. As for the Villa, well it’s a hidden gem. The inside was lovely traditional with a modern twist and the outside, well It was amazing. The pool was a luxury on its own, was so warm even at 7am and 10 pm just lovely. I can honestly say over all the quality and standard of finish is just Excellent both inside and out. The villa is stocked up with every house hold item you would need and more. The cupboards are full of cups, glasses, dishes, plates, pots, pans enough for a big extended family and I have never seen so much Tupperware in one place and they came in very useful. I will most definitely be going back and if I could I would rate this Villa Well over the 10 stars.

We were truly blown away by this lovely property and the owner.
Mario was beyond professional from booking our stay to welcoming us as soon as we arrived. He spoke through everything with us thoroughly and was always on hand if we needed anything.
The property itself was a beautiful mix of modern and traditional Cypriot charm. Mario captured this in such a classy way. The property had everything we needed. The facilities were wonderful and both the inside and outside of the villa were absolutely sparkling clean. The property is hidden away which is lovely as you truly relax and feel at peace.
We will without a doubt be staying here again in 2022. Thank you Mario for providing us with an unbelievably relaxing stay. We will continue to recommend your lovely property to our family and friends. Bambos
