Avoid staying at this apartment

Location was good

1. Host was not present at the time of arrival to explain. Someone else handed over the keys and he could not speak clear english 2. The utensils in the kitched were not washed properly. Also very less utensils in the kitchen. 3. We are 4 adults and 1 kid. There were only 4 pillows and 3 duvets . On asking for additional pilow , the host got into an argument with me and did not provide the same. 4. The photos mentioned about the apartment are also not correct. They have put the photos of a nearby restaurant 5. The bathroom doors are very old and hottub does not work

Pretty awful, rude people, difficult to find. Shower broken.

Location and parking was good

Shower didn't work, beds were hard. There were not proper beds in lounge just fold down sofa's which were really uncomfortable. They only provided one third of a toilet roll for 4 people. No dishcloths, no spatula to use for a fried egg, no broom or dust pan & brush to sweep up floor. Cleaning lady came in at exactly 6 mins past 10am and started shouting at us that we had to leave. She was a big and very rude lady !! I had to ask her to stop and leave my room. We did vacate by 10.15am but she was so abusive in her own language. Really scary. Owner of Air BnB apologised but that made no difference. It was not easy to find, I had to walk up and down the road. No one there to meet us and no instructions how to find the apartment. I was lucky to open the door of another apartment and they were the cleaners for the apartment. Thoroughly unhappy with whole experience. Could not recommend to anyone because of rudeness. Should not be allowed to advertise on Air BnB.

Superb

A very nice apartment with a view of the sea. There was a private parking and the city beach was very close. A great advantage was also the air conditioning in every room. The owner was very nice, had no problem speaking English and helped us with everything we needed.

Great place. Large accommodations and met our needs. It is right across the street from the beach. A super market is very close as well. I really enjoyed staying with my family of 4 at the location.

Apartments is located very close to the beach. About 3,5km from Split cemtre. Bus stadion 200-300m from apt. Rooms are big, all ewuipmemt in good condition. Owner very heplful and not intrusive.

Excellent

Adela and her parents have excellent hospitality, information sharing, service level was outstanding. Apartment is very modern, fully equipped we did not miss anything. Space is luxury, not like hotel rooms where you even do not have space to open your luggages. Beers and apple juice in the fridge.

Some nights were very noisy due to the very loud music on the beach.

Superb

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Adela and her husband, George, were gracious hosts. They were so welcoming and helpful with info about the area, they even bought us some great local strawberries and delicious chocolate.. thank you. The apartment is very spacious, clean, very well equipped, and located right across from a very nice long stretch beach. Having a car park is a plus. Old town of Split is just a few minutes away. It is perfect for a long stay as well as a short stay. Grocery store is 2 minute walk from the apartment, and a very nice restaurant is located next door. We highly recommend Adela apartment to everyone when visiting beautiful town of Split.

Superb location, beach across the street, very beautiful beach. Hosts were very nice and helpfull. Parking was private, bycicle rent near, shop near. Appartment was clean and modern. Cold drinks were in the fridge😉 will return for sure.
