Not a lot …. made the most of a one night stay
The Bell is located on a busy road and the room ( Owl ) was poorly insulated from road traffic noice.
It needed double or secondary glazing … the shutters were badly fitted and not very effective.

Tout était parfaitement conforme à nos attentes. Nous avions réservé 2 chambres pour 2 adultes avec 3 enfants. Les chambres sont très jolies et bien décorées. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. Les chambres sont calmes.

Nice bathroom
The rooms are very small and also very hot. We were on the ground floor and there was a constant bell going off from the shop next door that started at 06:00AM.

The meals were great, huge portions and served piping hot. Great vegan options as well. The room was good and the bed was comfy.

The boutique rooms, Complimentary goodies and port, Location
Nothing really. In fact the external appearance iof Stewart house is deceiving for the exceptional boutique rooms inside.

The breakfast was good and included in the price of the room. The hotel accepted pets, the location was close to dog-walking areas, and it was an easy walk to the centre of town. All
The carpet in the room was very dusty. My black dog had grey soot on him from lying on the carpet.

A great breakfast and good staff, nice little extras in the room.
Room was overall clean but in parts the decoration was poor and some areas needed cleaning.

comfortable had a mini bar and close to coffee house and restaurant
a bit difficult to find with no staff on site

The staff are really friendly, the food was excellent and the ambience is relaxing and characterful. The room is like a tiny ship's cabin. Beautifully decorated with luxury velvet throw and cushions and a lovely little shower room. Perfect for one person but not for two; unless they're very much in the honeymoon phase. The location in the centre of Stow is perfect. So nice to visit a place where the staff really care. Thanks for a wonderful visit.
Absolutely nothing.

Breakfast was very good and also the location was good.
Thought the room could have been a bit bigger for the price .

The room was very small, not even enough room to put a suitcase down. It was incredibly noisy making sleep difficult, conversations from passers by could be heard in their entirety as the window was on pavement level. The breakfast was expensive and of poor quality, overcooked and dry.

Room was in Stuyart House.
Beautifully presented room in a style very appropriate for the location. Staff really friendly during check in. Location perfectly central just yards from the central square.
No particular criticisms.

location was great, our room was lovely
beware of the wobbly lampshades on the side lamps only had to breath and the fell off, had to remove them in the end.. Abit mean with complimentary milk they advertised it but hardly had any and when asked for more it never turned up..

Rooms were stylish, staff friendly. Food lovely and location was spot on.
You could hear the noise from downstairs and the radio from the staff who started early in the morning

great location, nice room and friendly staff
shower did not have a telescope only top shower head, problem for wife that wanted to have a shower but not wash her hair as she had it cut and blow dried at hairdressers earlier

Beautifully decorated room with plenty of space. Temperature was easy to control and comfortable. The staff was super helpful and friendly and the pub / restaurant space downstairs was cozy and lovely.
The beds were a little firm for my taste

Decor of room was lovely as was the location.Nice touch of homemade biscuit and teas and coffee.Staff friendly. Nice selection at breakfast.
Bathroom could do with little touch up. Not all snacks and minibar had been topped up correctly and had we not told member of staff we could have been charged for missing items.Parkjng was limited outside the pub we were lucky to get a space if not would have had to park in a public car park.

it was perfect - exactly like the photos, so cute and amazing
could benefit from an air con but the room was quite cool overall

Small, but very well appointed room. Lovely and clean, powerful shower and superb towels!
A very minor negative, the room I was in is remote to the Bell (where you check in) and the directions given to locate the building your room is in (circa 400 yards back into the centre of the town) were a bit vague, as was the signage when you eventually found the car park off which the rooms actually are!

lovely location, bijou room.
the fact it is not clear you are actually staying somewhere else, although only up the road….
the room needed some TLC, paint was falling off etc… expensive room to have these faults in it…

We stayed in the Stuart House which is located right in the center of Stow-on-the-Wold. The location was brilliant with the buildings main door leading right onto the high street. Also we were pleasantly surprised to find parking was available at the rear of the property. Breakfast was served at the The Bell which is only a few minutes walk from the accommodation which was great as gave you time to take in the surroundings on the way there. Breakfast itself was just perfect with a great choice and the staff were very friendly and assertive.
Couldn't fault anything.

it’s central to Stow on the Wold.
The room “Squirrel” was absolutely tiny. Only fit for a single bed. There was no parking when we arrived. Half the food on the menu had run out.
3.0 / 5.0
Cleanliness, bedding, bathroom
Size of room small, delicious teas but until milk. As a fridge is in the room, fresh milk would gave been far nicer.

Staff were lovely and friendly. Great location. Lovely room and attention to detail.
The back fire exit door. Chemical smell. Like cleaning fluid. Not horrid, but quite strong.
