A lovely place to stay in the ancient capital!

The room was very comfortable, with every amenity we needed. The hotel restaurant is a major feature of the facilities and doesn't disappoint.

There's very little parking at the hotel, so just be prepared to park alongside the busy street if necessary. Also, if you want the picturesque view of the river and temples during dinner, be sure to book a table accommodating your expectations.

A little bit of luxury in ayutthaya

The location was excellent and being able to see one of the temples just across the river was beautiful. The rooms were really nice, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was superb too and able to pick from a choice of freshly made for you dishes.

für 1 Nacht ok - längerer Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen - nicht für Ruhesuchende

Das Frühstück wird nicht in Buffetform angeboten. Man erhält eine Karte mit 3 oder 4 Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Das Service dauert sehr lange, obwohl nicht viele Gäste anwesend waren. Das Personal ist ehr unmotiviert.

Am relativ kleinen Pool im Innenhof gibt es wenige Liegemöglichkeiten. Der Lärmpegel ist ziemlich hoch. Selbst im Freien auf der Aussichtsterasse ist Rauchverbot.

Great views from te terrace, large rooms and the food is perfect.

Exceptional

The room on second floor facing the river is very nice. away from the crowds on the ground floor and have a nice view. the room size is very generous and the bed is very comfy. I really like the layout of the room and also the bath tub! The breakfast is also big portion and have selection of western and thai main which is nice.

Some little parts of the room is a bit worn and might need maintenance, but it is acceptable

Friendly and helpful staff. Great position on the river and you are able to take a boat trip from the hotels jetty.

Breakfast was large with lots of food just served to you and I felt that quite a bit of it was wasted as not what everyone wants to eat.

Very nice hotel, staff were amazing,clean room, bed was comfortable, only let down was breakfast.

the Staff where overall fantastic

Breakfast did not reach the standard I expected Full English - not served hot. Hainan chicken - dry and very poor quality.

The room was clean and the view of the River and temple is top notch.

They charged for €70 per bottle of water. most luxury hotels and resorts simply provide it for free.

Value for money not good, but very friendly staff.

Good Service. Friendly Staff. Very attentive.

Room Design not well cut for storage. Air Condition is too humid. Humidity in the rooms. Expensive food for small portions. No breakfast buffet. room keys are very unsecure and old school. Locking mechanism is not safe. Security of rooms is not good.

the view was amazing from room 12 but everything else average and over priced

The entrance and the view from room 12. was very pleasant and attractive. especially the walk to the restaurant. breakfast was so good

the water in our room 12 was old to begin with. The pool was nice but disappointing.

lovely staff, food is average, rooms are great, location is great,

the location is excellent beside the river opposite an ancient temple

The food was very average and I believe needs urgent attention. tour groups in buses attend the hotel restaurant by the river for a drink and this interferes with guests. We went to the rooftop bar and it was full of visitors and we could not get a seat. For the amount of money we paid for our room the hotel was not very private. beds are comfortable but very low to the floor.

Great views but disappointing restaurant.

The location is excellent, an oasis in the middle of a busy town, with excellent views over the river. Lovely rooftop bar with aircon, nice cocktails and great view.

The food at the restaurant was very disappointing; overpriced, undercooked, overcooked and underwhelming. Not what you expect from a hotel like this. Most of the staff didn’t have a good command of English so hard to communicate.

Superb

The room was stylish as was the hotel. Location was good for exploring Ayutthaya and the hotel itself overlooks the river and a Wat which made for a beautiful backdrop for dinner and breakfast. The food at the hotel is amazing, seriously. Breakfast was superb. Stay here.

The pool did not meet our expectations.

Nice and modern, great Location and food

Lovely, modern building, at the river, with a lovely view. Great Restaurant

No drinks/ food after 9:30. At 10:00 the restaurant closes. The outside cement and wooden floors at the pool suite is very slippery
