A piscina poderia melhorar.

Great breakfast, and location. We had a great time
No spa

Amazing views all around the hotel area.
From the main amenities such as the swimming pool & solarium or the breakfast room, I can't see the mountains. Design stuff

The location of this hotel for scenery and picturesqueness is 5 star and 100% the best feature of this hotel; being able to look out to the mountains and vineyards every day was simply spectacular and the quietness and peacefulness was amazing. Having a restaurant attached was also super handy. Check in staff were informative and friendly offering to speak in my first language as well as my Spanish is average at best.
Rooms although nice and comfy didn't feel like a 5 star hotel. Plugs were broken, one of the lights wouldn't turn off unless you unplugged it. The signal for the TV dropped out so we had no TV for the final night of staying at the hotel. It just didn't feel like a 5 star service. When we went for a walk round the hotel and the vineyards we saw the room above us had its window blown out and smashed and a mattress was being used to block up the break in the window. The restaurant although nice had very slow service and often waiting staff were slow for requests and questions and food took exceedingly long to prepare. The gym wasn't adequately stocked and was limited and the pool wasn't heated and on the day I used it hadn't seemed to be cleaned. Finally, the hotel has dogs present, who are nice and friendly, however howls in the evening can disturb guests. Overall, a fine stay, but my expectations of the 5 star hotel were not met.

Loved the food, wine, atomosphere and the view!
Dirt road to get to the site is not in the best condition.

The location is gorgeous, the rooms were larger than expected with a very beautiful view of the vines. The restaurant , where we had dinner every night, is nice and prices are in line with Mendoza city restaurants.
The hotel is extremely remote and there are not a ton of options if you don´t bring your own car, don´t plan to walk anywhere other than the Horse riding ranch in the same complex. Drivers are available but will charge you a fortune to get anywhere, even restaurants 15 minutes away from the hotel. The staff are very nice but they´re not particularly responsive- we had to remind them several times of anything we requested, including getting our laundry back, the fireplace started, and help with reservations in the area.

A wonderful spot. Located in an area of vineyards. The hotel is very modern with excellent rooms and facilities. Breakfasts were both buffet and 'made to order' and were great. All the staff were friendly and accommodating.
Lots of quiet areas both inside and outside the hotel.
Dinners (2) were OK but not up to the standards of the hotel.
A number of guests ignored the mask mandates and none of the staff took any action.
The road leading to the hotel is dirt and very rough for several km.

Beautiful location
Very Poor attitude of most of the staff, particularly reception staff
Dusty room
Room A/C didn’t work

A luxury hotel in the middle of the vineyards. Very clean and very modern. Far away from civilization, close to nature. The breakfast is superb and has a gluten-free menu.
Don't expect fast wifi! You will have a stable and constant connection (you can watch Netflix in low res), but remember you are in the middle of vineyards :)

looked nothing like the photos online. was much older than it appears on pictures on the website. the facilities are not that great. you have to drive quite a bit on a very rocky road as well to get to the hotel. not ideal.

Amazing location. Great views very quiet. Lovely pool area. Upgraded room so had a balcony and fab views.
Breakfast was only ok. There were two different sets of Isco playing which wasn’t very relaxing first thing in the morning.

so far the best hotel in Argentina as to location and cuisine ---

This is a charming, out-of-the-way inn. The staff will go the extra mile for you and do so with a smile.
The last 4 km. to the Auberge are very bumpy gravel, could be hard on the car. While it’s isolation may contribute to it’s charm on the one hand it makes it a long drive to many Uco Valley vineyards and restaurants.
