Poor service

I liked that its a mini apartment for my family and i

Before i got into the apartment the lady was demanding cash no card, as soon as i got tonthe apartment a roll of toilet paper was dirty the sheets had stains on them and mosquitoes are easily able to fly in. If i didnt call room service to come in and clean they would never come. There was no privacy. I paid twice to get toilet paper and they only changed the sheets twice. I had to borrow a broom to sweep because they only came twice to clean the room i was not ok with that

The location it’s perfect.

it does not look as new as the pictures, there were plenty of stuff falling apart (at least in the apartment we got). a lot of room for improvement.

The place is well secure police presence 24/7 downstairs it's on main street little noise but can live with for me I think it's very reasonable n the 2 young ladies r very attentive n helpful they really put there self out to help

They were simple things I didn't like but for the price the staff n there pleasantness I overlook them

I’ll think about it a lot before I go back

The bed was super soft and when I asked for an iron I got it.

I got one price when I booked through here but then when I got there they charged me super extra, the only reason I’d paid was because I was already tired from flying in that same day and I wanted to just cry from the stress

They don’t accept any card. They give me a broken towell. Guest are so noising! Oh gosh! That was my worst hotel experience

Disappointing

Location, wifi, air-condinioner was great! But only after the apartment upgrade!

The apartment, as shown in the pictures, was in a bad condition. Clean but very smelly due to moisture, Old facilities. We checked in late at night and slept there. Next day, the owner was willing to offer an upgrade to another apartment. And everything was ok after that.

Perfect location in Zona Colonial. Easy walking distance to everything. The apartments are very secure.

Gets a little noisy on the weekends at night due to nearby nightclubs.

the location is perfect in the heart of the Zona Colonial. room is very spacious, kitchenette and ameneties. i like a lot. very friendly and hospitable staff!

Receptionists did not speak English, but understand everything what we ask!!!

Location is good however very unclean place. No staff to assist with v and no wifi passwords given

The size of the apartment we had plenty of room

There was a dirty condom beside my bed, which makes me believe that the apartment hadn’t been cleaned before I arrived. I slept on a towel all night incase the sheets were dirty

Great stay from visitor from Curacao

The location, cleaness, room space and the facilities and the street view. Based on the pictures and review on Booking.com I decided to choose this apartment.

The light coming in the room from the hall way thru the wimdows. I suggest to put curtains on the windows to avoid this.

The location is in the heart of the Colonial town. You can get the taste of life of the old Santo Domingo. See the neighbors feeding pigeons in the early hours before the heavy foot traffic begins. It is perfect for someone who doesn't care about luxury and want to stay mostly stationary in this colonial heart of Santo Domingo.

Since the street at which the apartment is located is for pedestrian traffic only, it is a challenge to find a parking (if you have a car) on the narrow cross streets in the neighborhood.
