Location was good just a few minutes walk to the centre of town. Everything in the apartment you could possibly want and new and clean.
The front door needed to be kept locked as it blew open if not, but that wasn’t really an issue once we realised.

Great location and super clean apartment. Perfect for families as there as a great park nearby. Everything was really easy and would recommend.

It is neat, clean and has everything you need.
There was nothing I didn’t like. It doesn’t have a view and the front door doesn’t suggest a lot … but don’t be deceived. Inside the door is a lovely modern apartment.

Lovely easy to find, central and secure apartment. Ground floor location great with luggage. Rooms clean, bright, tidy and spacious. Comfortable bed. Excellent sized bathroom and kitchen. I was on my own but unlike a lot of “four person” apartments, this genuinely had four people’s worth of comfortable seating and space. I particularly liked the separate blinds on the upper and lower parts of the windows; ideal for privacy while still letting in plenty of light (and for watching the trains go by!) Staff are prompt and friendly in responding to enquiries.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean and tidy. There were ample supplies for us to use which was very useful. Although the apartment is very close to the street, there was minimal noise and very little foot traffic. The location is fabulous being only a short walk from the city centre. Parking was a bonus, and the people at the garage were super helpful and friendly. Neighbours were also lovely with many recommendations for things to do.

Perfect location for central Perth and for main routes to Edinburgh and Crieff. Lovely clean accommodation. Comfy beds and pillows & lovely extras- throws, tissues, fluffy towels etc. fab communication from Shannon & really helpful & safe parking.
Ran out of loo roll and could find any extra. Think just an oversight as lots of bits and bobs available to make the stay comfortable- cleaning products, we’ll kitted kitchen etc. dishwasher would have been nice if staying longer but no prob for us at all.

Very clean modern apartment, situated a couple of streets back from the centre, it's only a ten minute walk away from the shop,bars and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this and would use it again.

Location was perfect. Easy walk into the main shopping area, and for bars and restaurants. Also the apartment was so well stocked and spotless.

Very nice and well kept flat, great location for walking to bars and restaurants , wee area outside to sit as the weather was great , also parked at the garage along the road
Email I got for info gave us the wrong door code so not good, but chap showed up and gave us the right code to get it

Good location, with plenty of eating places nearby. Nicely appointed apartment with everything you need. Beds comfy and good clean space.
We had a real struggle to get in as no key safe number was supplied and the mobile number to contact was a business number. A sign on the door indicating Apartment No34 would help.
Make sure you get key safe no in advance. None of this would put me off staying again.
