Beautiful location, clean and comfortable rooms. Superb views and very quiet.
We wish the restaurant was opened when we stayed there.

The glamping tent was amazing. Very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Beautiful large bathroom was lovely. Gorgeous outlook and loved the fire pit.
The shower could have used a shower screen as the open plan meant that water was constantly all over the floor in the bathroom.

What a beautiful place to stay! Such a nice, clean and big room with perfect beds. Exceptional nice bathroom with a top walk-in shower. Waking up with the sound of birds was exciting. Such a nice a quiet place to be. Also the restaurant at the hotel was very nice with great food.
Nothing to complain about!

Comfortable and clean
20 emails and 4 and’s received pre and post stay fir lodge and restaurant bookimg - incredibly annoying for a one night stay. Too much light coming in kitchen window and from the aircon led display. Washing dishes in the ensuite basin is unhygienic as there wasn’t a kitchen sink Tried to find receptionist 3 times - 4pm, 6pm and 8.30am and couldn’t find her.

Location, space, facilities, helpful staff,
I was unable to dine in the evenings as a single as minimum was 2 people. Understandable as menu was sharing plates.
Lunch time was hard to return to my car spot with lunch diners parking blocking my accommodation spot.

king size de luxe room was not really big and lacked a few deluxes like lounge chairs.
a modestly comfortable and convenient provision for smokers would have been appreciated.

The recently built room was very well equipped and comfortable, with all amenities available. The very large bed was very comfortable, and the view from the room over the valley was exceptional. The only request we made of the staff was promptly and positively addressed. The potential once the construction of the restaurant is complete is very promising. While it is not cheap, we felt spoiled and very much enjoyed our two night stay.

The room was clean and had a good view and all appliances worked fine as expected. The breakfast in the dining room was excellent and we liked the ambiance inside and on the terrace of the dining room.
All staff were very helpful and friendly.
The room was good for a standard King Room but didn't quite look like the DELUXE KING ROOM we paid for. We had to bring the small table and two chairs inside from the terrace to have some seating inside the room.

Can’t fault anything, it’s great!

Location.
Although we had high expectations based on a friend's recommendation, we were unable to enjoy any of the advertised amenities. Disappointingly, the alpacas were off-limits to our kids (assuming they even exist), and both the pool and the bar/restaurant were undergoing construction during our stay (apparently we should have known as this was in the small print somewhere).
The check-in process felt impersonal, almost encouraging self-service like a typical motel. We were bombarded with a flurry of instructions via emails and texts, many of which seemed unnecessary or confusing. Despite the contemporary decor, the establishment ultimately felt like an upscale motel, which was surprising given its price point, comparable to that of a 5-star hotel chain in Sydney CBD.
While the town center itself could be a worthwhile stopover during a road trip, we have decided that we won't be returning to this particular lodge. We believe there are better options available elsewhere that offer a more fulfilling and enjoyable experience.

Unfortunately RESTAUANT was closed but loved the livation
Maybe underfloor heating and an electric blanket as it was very cold but we managed with the excellent aircon and loved the sunny porch to sit on when we arrived!

We could hear the water pipes from our room and they were noisy when another room uses the shower and tap.
