Loved the quietness, yet was close enough to everything. The finer touches to everything including the heater on with soft music on arrival and the beautiful breakfast hamper.

Beautifully presented, warm and cosy, plenty of space for our family of 4 staying in Murray’s beach cottage. Very friendly and helpful staff.
It was all good.

Quiet bush location, close to shops and beaches. Very private. Good standard of accommodation and amenities.
track out the back entrance was a bit rough.

The accommodation was exceptional. It was clean, spacious, and at a relaxing location. We were very
surprised when we were upgraded for our wedding anniversary. Thank you so much for a lovely weekend. We will definitely go back.

The whole situation was great besides the value
Was charged 70$ for 3 uncooked eggs 3 slices of bacon 1 breakfast cereal 1 juice small bottle and half a bread. Makes no sense with all the odd numbers that that was for 2 people. I asked and she explained it was. Massage was more then stated online for 105 pp charged me 140 pp for 1 hour each, only got 45 mins each and lady rushed out. Value for money is terrible but the site and staff are decent

My stay at Bush and Bay was everything we were expecting - it was lovely, tranquil and a much needed escape from the hustle and bustle. I'm really glad we chose to stay here, instead of in town. It was only 5 minutes from Husskison but made such a difference in terms of the tranquil vibe. There were birds, roos and it was great to have a tea on the porch. Didn't see anyone in the other cabins the entire stay - felt totally isolated which was great. Reception were also helpful and great communicators, despite never actually meeting them due to our late check in and early check out - it was was a smooth process.
The Netflix didn't seem to work, and the internet was not connected to the TV. This was okay for us as we were there to switch off. There was a red light on the ceiling in my room next to the smoke detector. This light was pretty bright throughout the night, gave a definite red glow in the room and detracted from the vibe of stay. I didn't bring it up with reception however at the time, but something that should probably be fixed for future guests. In saying this I would stay again for sure.

Very pleasant cottage and location. Very well-appointed cottage, comfortable bed, spa bath and all amenities that we could have wanted for our short stay. Came into a lovely warm cottage with music playing and beautiful fragrance. Felt very welcoming. We would have like a longer stay and will definitely be looking at returning again.
Unfortunately, on arrival we did not have any hot water which we didn't realize until about to have a shower late in the evening. Instructions were left to change over gas bottles if required, but I would have preferred this to have been done prior to our arrival.

We stayed in the Moona Moona cottage which was lovely and spacious, very comfortable and nice and private. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff went the extra mile leaving us a delicious treat on the table when we arrived and even a bath bomb by the spa bath which we enjoyed as well.
Nothing to complain about, everything was good.

The grounds were extremely private and the outlook was beautiful

The little houses are all unique and so private, with a deck facing the quiet bush. We were really impressed with the extra little touches in the unit, herbs from the garden and all the things you need to be comfortable and homely.
The facilities around the little houses offer lots of great places to sit, inside, outside or by the fire. You can borrow a book or games, which is a nice touch. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There was great communication before and during the stay, but no intrusive at all.
We had an absolutely amazing time and will definitely be back.
I wish I could have stayed longer

The house Moona was quite tired and sparse. Limited facilities. No doormat walking water throughout as was very wet weather. No entry mat. No floor rugs or soft furnishings. Gutters blocked and overflowing.
Generally not cared for. Limited coffee and tea and inevitable need to have to ask for more. We didn’t impose. No books, games, general resources to use. Outdoor verandah nice but very old tired and uncomfortable setting to sit on.
Access road very rough, at one spot no warning, and going 5km slow, car bottomed out. Mentioned to desk and all she said I needed to slow down??
Generally speaking needs to be upgraded for comfort and facilities.
Otherwise nice location.
