Clean room, powerful air conditioning, call me before cleaning room, have everything you need, especially in the bathroom.
No cold water for the shower, noisy people/staff on the hallway, noisy air conditioning

Small Pool but good for relax after a Hot day. Staff friendly. Breakfast ok. Balcony and good airco. 2 key cards Room.
Staff restaurant not like to work, she not smile, and she only sit and play Phone.

i think drinks in the fridge are a little over priced

Exceptionally clean, quiet and plenty of space. The staff were top quality - friendly, helpful and efficient.
Nothing to say. It was great.

A good location in the centre of the city but you will still need transport for most things, its a big city.
Room was large, firm but comfy mattress, plenty of storage, breakfast area, nice bathroom, balcony with sink, I did dome hand laundry.
The gym was well stocked with free weights and lifting machines. Pool was OK.
Breakfast was usual fare of thai food or eggs with toast. Cereal cheap and not good. But the redtsursnt had good Thai menu at reasonable prices.
7/11 nearby.
Walk in price cheaper than booking online. Overall I thought the hotel was slightly overpriced.
A fee small things but these are important and I felt spoilt my stay.
Hotel is located just off a main road with 2 small access roads into parking area, sign posted but it is easy to miss.
Room is advertised with safe, standard rooms fo not have a safe. They wanted 200b to upgrade.
Zero English speaking channel on TV. Tv was old, no HDMI slot, could not watch Netflix except on laptop. I have stayed in other Korat hotels, they manage to have such channels.
Cracked floor tiles on balcony floor, sharp and dangerous. This was reported to reception.
Gym had very old and poor cardio machines. Three treadmills, only one was of any use but belt slipped badly.
Pool had two trees overhanging the sun lounge area. A lot of leaves in and around the pool, looked and felt derelict. Only a few loungers, two were damaged. Loungers covered in leaves. They do maintain the pool and remove leaves from pool, I saw them but the trees are winning.

Breakfast is typical for Thai hotels however having having it cooked to your liking and hot is nice.
If you have noicy neighbors, slamming doors, loud talking in the hallway, etc.

The hotel is spotlessly clean. The pool area is well laid out and well screened. Stayed in December and beautifullly laid out with trees reindeer etc.
Saltwater pool lovely and refreshing and suitable for fitties to do lengths.
Menu extensive and food lovely and extremely cheap by UK prices.
Room very big full air conditioning modern spotlessly clean. Price very cheap.
Had two week stay here only so nothing to compare it with but thought it was excellent.
Very minor issue with plug on the lamp which would have failed a uk PAT test as frayed but completely minor

Room was ok
I found that staff where lazy. Nobody assisted with luggage or parking even though there were 2 staff on car park duty. then after checking in I was asked rather rudely to move my car.
The breakfast looked like it was heated up from the previous day and the only safe option seemed like toast and butter.
This is one of the few hotels which I will not return to.

Everything except for the swimming pool water, which was very cloudy.
The swimming pool water was very cloudy. You could not see underwater. I wonder why.

Hotel felt like an "oasis" in the area. Staff were good if a bit weak in english (not a big deal, "sign language" works and if you wait they can find someone who does speak english). 7-eleven nearby.
Water pressure could have been a bit better.
Also - this is not the fault of the hotel - DO NOT TRUST GOOGLE MAPS, the entrance to the hotel is along the MAIN road (it is a small entrance almost obscured by other signs), if you are being routed to alleyways etc. it is wrong. You follow the main road, look for the sign announcing the hotel, and turn in.

The location was good and the restaurant personnel were great!
Bed was not quite what I was expecting, should be better. i would also expect a bit better english skills at the reception.

Been using this hotel for years. For price, quality & location its hard to beat.Good buffet breakfast (eggs done to order) & pool 1.20 meters deep every where 14 × 6 size passable for adults, great for children
Could do with a little table to go with chairs on balcony but maybe was only missing from my room
4.5
Attentive, flexible staff. Very close to malls and attractions in korat. Good value for money. Spacious room and comfy bed. Great gym and pool. Luxurious breakfast. Great with kids. Kid friendly balcony. Quiet and secluded off main street. Good parking.
View wasn't spectacular from room. Chairs weren't super comfy. Laundry confusing and nowhere to hang wet clothes.
4.5
this is a great comfortable hotel close to the centre of Korat. but in a quiet area off the Main Street . rooms a clean and serviced well every day. There is a nice pool also. we have stayed here a number of times while visiting family. There are also washing and drying machines on site you can use
My only complaint is the reception desk can feel very frosty. staff for some reason don’t greet you with the usual friendly Thai style. some work on customer service needed. That said it would not stop me from staying again
2.5
very god private / covered parking; comfy room; big fridge
hoped to have a dip in the pool, but this one was a yellowish dirty mess
