Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable.

We’re we’re on our own little villa close to the pool. The rooms were great, clean and comfortable and had everything you needed. The hotel was just off the main road which was good as it reduced the road noise etc. but still very central. Staff were very helpful and polite

The pillows were slightly to fluffy for my liking (I like thin pillows) But this is a personal preference and would not stop me from rebooking this hotel.

Des paysages à ne pas manquer

Nous avons réellement apprécie l'aide et les conseils pour nous faire découvrir les sites naturels de la région ! Nous avons énormément apprécié la compréhension des personnes qui nous ont accueilli tard à la suite d'un transfert de nuit, pour ne pas le citer : Phuc qui a été très gentil.

Top hotel, top locatie, super personeel

Het hotel is erg goed gelegen, het ontbijt is lekker. Het pesoneel weet niet wat ze eerst moeten doen om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. De manager (Phuck), is erg aangenaam, helpt je met alles ( uitstappen, vervoer, fietsen,... noem maar op).

In dit hotel kan niets tegenvallen, als je aan het twijfelen bent tussen verschillende hotels in Tam Coc, stop met zoeken... dit is degene die je moet hebben. Als ik toch een minpuntje moet opnoemen in het hotel ernaast waren ze aan het verbouwen dit was net tegen onze kamer gelegen, soms begonnen ze vroeg en hadden we beperkte geluidshinder.

Free daily beer is a great idea.

I am not sure whether we got a good price for a private tour booking it direct with the hotel. Probably best to shop around. There is a tour operator next door to the hotel. The hotel breakfast was below average. Only one juice available each day - Peach !!!

Excellent Location, Superb Staff and a very nice swimming pool

LOCATION - Amazing and excellent, so near to tam coc boat station, very quiet surrounding perfect place to stay peacefully ROOM - Room was spacious, if you want to enjoy the limestone mountains view - I would suggest pls go for balcony rooms, its worth to stay in those rooms for few extra dollars because you wont get such locations all the time, so better to enjoy it for any extra cost. STAFF - I have to mention about Mr.Phoc, he is a lovely person with amazing attitude (we had a small issue with initial room allocated but he sorted it out peacefully by providing an extra bed ) and suggested us few locations and how to reach those places - he was so helpful in manyways ( he is an asset to the hotel) and all other staffs too were excellent SWIMMING POOL - Big swimming pool, Has huge steps area for childrens to play with and the pool is bit large too so we can swimming around few laps. If you travel with children love to swim then this is the place to stay :)

Everything was good - only thing I can suggest is they can provide a simple breakfast too at the same rate ( like fresh pancake, fresh omelette & some fruits along with some tea and coffee) because all the hotels and homestays around that area are providing the same. Hence to stay ahead with their competitor's its better to include a free simple breakfast in their actual cost itself.

Stay here during your visit to Ninh Binh and Tam Coc

The staff here are wonderful, especially Phuc. They really go above and beyond to make your stay as good as possible, helping with suggestions of how to get around to activities. Hotel room was very nice and clean.

Hotel incrível

O hotel é muito bonito. Tem um lindo lago com carpas coloridas em meio a um jardim impecável. O atendimento dos funcionários é extremamente cordial, especialmente do Phu, que buscou nos ajudar em tudo que precisamos e ainda nos ofereceu um banho para depois do último passeio, mesmo depois do check out, o que nos propiciou uma viagem mais confortável para o próximo destino. Pessoa incrível mesmo. Hotel nota 10.

Nel centro di Tam coc, esperienza perfetta

Ottimo hotel nel cuore di Tam Coc. Perfetti i servizi offerti, come banco escursioni, servizio lavanderia ad ottimi prezzi, noleggio bici. Staff molto disponibile, nota di merito a Phuc che ci ha aiutato in qualsiasi cosa. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out e di utilizzare la doccia della piscina. Camera spaziosa e pulita dotata di ogni confort (anche la cassaforte). Colazione buona e varia, presente anche la parte dolce.

Não procures outro local para ficar em Tam Coc.

Hotel com localização fantástica. O manager Phuc é simplesmente inexcedível na procura da melhor experiência para os hóspedes. Óptimo pequeno almoço, quartos amplos e limpos.

Excellent hotel to visit Tam Coc and Ning Binh!

Very friendly staff! Excellent location near all sightseeing activities. Scooter rental was next door and super helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Would recommend!

Gutes Hotel im Zentrum

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Das Obst zum Frühstück war hervorragend und die Betten äußerst bequem. Wir kamen um 5 Uhr morgens mit dem Nachtbus an und wurden eingelassen und konnten ein Frühstück gegen Bezahlung einnehmen.

Die warmen Gerichte beim Frühstück sahen nicht sehr einladend aus. Es konnten jedoch frische Eier und Suppe bestellt werden

Todo! El mejor hotel en nuestra estancia en el país. Phuc y el resto del staff son un 10, las instalaciones, la habitación súper nueva, camas comodisimas, el baño muy nuevo y el desayuno súper completo.

Nous sommes restés 1 nuit, et comme nous avions un train le lendemain en fin de journée, le gérant.

Pour 35 dollars, la chambre avec 1 grand lit et 1 lit simple était parfaite. Très propre, avec du matériel neuf et le nécessaire. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Ce 3 étoiles nous a séduits, ma femme et moi.

Tout était parfait pour un 3 étoiles.

Posizione ottima a due passi dal lago e tutti i locali. Possibilità di noleggiare gratuitamente la bici per poter girare nei dintorni. Staff molto gentile e disponibile, attento ad ogni dettaglio. Colazione ottima sia per chi predilige il dolce che per chi desidera il salato

Great time staying in this lovely modern villa

The staff were very friendly and the room was exceptionally clean - very modern villa and great location also. We would definitely recommend to friends and stay here again

The breakfast was very early between 7-9, it was a buffet and the spread wasn’t great but that’s all I could fault

Tolle Urlaubstage in Tam Coc

Absolute TOP-Lage nur wenige Meter vom See entfernt. Fahrradverleih im Hotel kostenlos sowie ein günstiger Roller-Verleih. Schöner kleiner Ort, der allerdings schon stark touristisch geprägt ist. Mit dem Roller sind die meisten umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten problemlos zu erreichen.

Der Frühstückskaffee hätte besser sein können ... :-)

Very good location, perfect staff. We were in bigger room, it is higly recommended.

One hand the view was beautiful from our room, but on the other hand we could also see a garbagedump which was infront of our appartman.

Parfait à tous points de vue

Un bon standing pour un prix correct. L'hôtel est très clean, et se situe au fond d'une ruelle calme près de tout (restaus, activités touristiques). Les chambres-villas indépendantes se trouvent dans un environnement zen et silencieux. Grande douche propre et agréable avec eau chaude instantanément et produits renouvelés chaque jour. Petit dej buffet complet, il y a pas mal de choix. Prêt de vélos et location de scooter. La réception et la communication ont été parfaites. Phuc, le manager est omniprésent, s'occupe de tout, de la réception au buffet du breakfast avec beaucoup d'efficacité et de professionnalisme. Il nous a proposé de réserver nos billets de bus de nuit pour la suite du voyage, c'est beaucoup plus simple que de courir en ville et essayer de se faire comprendre ou de réserver par internet. Il nous a même accompagnés jusqu'au bus, sans quoi nous ne l'aurions pas trouvé étant donné qu'il n'est pas entré sur la place des bus ! Merci à lui ! Tout le personnel est très avenant, souriant et compétent.

Heerlijk

We hadden een familiekamer, normaal voor 3 personen, deze was erg ruim en comfortabel. Heerlijke douche. Gevarieerd ontbijt met ook westerse opties. Service was ook top, personeel wist alles en kon ons overal mee helpen.

Volveríamos sin duda

El desayuno muy bueno, la amabilidad del personal, la ubicación. Como viajábamos tarde nos quedamos ahí sin habitación pero nos permitieron quedarnos en la piscina y bañarnos en un baño habilitado para eso, que si bien no era la gran cosa, cumplía bien el objetivo.

Poca agua caliente, tiene que ser una ducha muy breve.

Tolle Lage, nur wenige Meter in die Innenstadt, dafür aber etwas ruhiger; Kostenlose Fahrräder; sehr freundliches Personal; es wurde sich um unsere Wäsche gekümmert; wir haben Ausflugstipps erhalten; es wurde sich um Taxis und Roller gekümmert usw.

Great central location. Comfortable and value for money. Generous buffet breakfast. Pleasant pool and outside area. Le Phuc, the manager/concierge, was particularly helpful and accommodating.

Unfortunately they had hot water issues for most of our stay but the manager found a solution using the pool facilities for showers. Maintenance issues can’t be helped I suppose. No Netflix and only a very limited number of English speaking TV channels.

Había mosquitos en la habitación y pueden darte la noche si eres propenso a picaduras. Como consejo pedir insecticida y echarlo por la tarde-noche y evitar dejar la puerta abieta

Muy bien ubicado y personal súper amable

Muy bien ubicado. Cerca de todo pero lejos del barullo. Estaba muy limpio y el personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Tienen servicio de lavandería muy barato y te ayudan con los transportes.
